how to make animated avatars??

can someone tell me how to make animated avatars using adobe

Get all of your frames into a certain folder.
Click file > import > Folder as frames.
Then choose the file.
If you need to do any adjustments to it before saving then do so.

And don't forget to set the delay time.
When you are ready to save it, then right click on the image > preview in > (then choose your internet browser).
Then save it from the internet. 😃
