The font is simple, can be Arial or whatever you'd like to use.
After writing the text in caps, rasterize the layer, and then using the Selection tool(PSP) or Marquee tool(PS) you select the centre part of the text and hit 'Delete' button on the keyboard!
And you're done!
The text for I'm missing you is some pixel font.
Others must be brushes.

I use PSP 8, can someone tell me how can i make a background of a sig transparent? I made a sig which round and when i save the square white background got also saved?? How to save it without a background?

Well i dun use PSP but whn u open a new file .. u have option thr to either set ur background as white , with background color or transparent😛

If u have already made the siggy u can use eraser/magic eraser to delete the background.

Yes! But in PSP8, only this doesn't help.
While opening a new image, keep in mind to
1) Increase it's resolution to it's highest which is 2540.000 pixels/inch
2) Make it a transparent image, as she said above.
3) After you're done, save it in .png format.
