Q1) This sig is made is Photoshop and i guess photoshop already have some brushes pre-installed in it! Like stars, flowers etc.

Q2)Shaded is not done by mask layer, it is call blur. to make the edges equal we use it. it can be found Effect>Blur>then choose any one option from there but remember select the part u want to blur then blur it other wise ur whole pic will be blured.

Q3)The easiest way to remove background which is not plain is by a earser,if the background is plain then the magicwand will be the best to use.

1)if the pic has a plain background then magicwan will work best!

if not then the earser is one of the goodways or removing the background!

2)blending hearts is the same way u blend ur pics!

3)Its the Text tool which looks like "A" in psp and "T" in photoshop!

click anywhere with that tool selected and write ur text u want!😉

first we have to resize he pic then add them to the banner.

to resize the pic go to Image>resize then fill the box with ur choice and click ok if u r using a psp, if u r using photoshop then click on Image>Image size. then fill ur choice.
