Wait, I asked this question beforee .. it was answered, but its not what im looking for .. I thought it was, but its not.

How do I get the blue effect on siggys? like around the eyes and shades of the face without having the whole siggy blue /..?

www.zamzar.com you can convert videos and then it will send the link ot a email..really easy

I downloaded some images, i think vector not sure but how to i get rid of white backround and get it tranparent, but is there another way without using rubber? takes ages.

I Use PSP7.
