Okay, my dad wanted to make one of his pictures wider, and it's REALLY urgent...I don't use PSP, so i don't know how to do this. I don't want to stretch the picture...I just wanted to make it wider. Like, I want the HEIGHT to be 4 1/2 in, and the WIDTH to be 4 inches!!! But I do not want to picture to look like it has been stretched!! Here is the picture...
It is a picture of our God, and my dad is making something with it, and he needs it to be the size I have told you. Please help out ASAP, as it is very urgent. I will be very thankful for you if you help us! 😳
