Coloring Effects Tutorial:

Please Do not copy to other sites

How to get a picture from-

Open the original image, im using the above.

And now open a new image, and flood fill with black, and nicelyy at your own leisure add paint.

i used Blue.

Now go to Effects<<Blur<<Gaussian Blur

Radius- 23.77

Now you get something like this-

Now copy & Paste on your original image.

And go to Layers<<Props<<And play around with the blend effects.

It Came Out like this-

Noww Play with brightness, contrast, add text.

And END RESULT:

Do credit me if used.

Lemme know if theres any other tutorial you might need.

I use PSP 7 & Animation Shop 3.
