Goody Two Shoes Characters

Goody Two Shoes characters of Asthitva(or any Hindi Serial) seem to be under the impression that if anything is going wrong in the world, they have the responsibility to set it right. That lands them in trouble and drags the story. Sometimes, it is good to take the western attitude of "when someone does something (good or bad), they are responsible for the consequences". I think the character of Dr.Simran wants to look so good that she forgets to correct her (foster)child Astha when she talks/acts disrespectfully. If she has a strong Asthitva, she will tell the girl to "take a hike"! Sia is trying to hide Astha's shortcomings and repair things behind her back! This show is going far away from reality!
