Topic disappeared!

I just saw a topic "Highlights of May 9th' and was posting a comment, when there was an 'OLE DB error'.

And I refreshed the page as I did not see the topic, and it was still not there. Did some mod delete it by mistake? The update was by koihai. And I couldn't login from the Astitva forum screen, had to go back to home page and use the 'member sign-in' at the top right corner of the page.
