| | | | Rajeshwari Sachdev and Varun Badola | If all goes well, production house UTV is set for a casting coup. The unlucky couple of Nach Baliye, Varun Badola and Rajeshwari Sachdev, will star together in UTV's forthcoming show, yet untitled.
While Rajeshwari has confirmed for the project, husband Varun is just about sorting his dates out. Final jitters According to sources, "The show will be a romantic comedy. Rajeshwari will play a working woman and Varun will play her colleague."
The production house is very excited with the prospect of a show having the most talked-about pair of Nach Baliye together.
Says an insider, "We hope that Varun gets on board. By Saturday, we shall know. If he is in, the show takes on a huge dimension."
He continues, "We want Rajeshwari and Varun together, obviously because they have a zabardast chemistry, which we realised while watching Nach Baliye. Frankly speaking, we expected them to not only reach the finals but also win it." Looking forward When contacted, the couple were reticient. While Rajeshwari said, "My lips are sealed," Varun would only say, "I am looking forward to working with Rajeshwari."
Shooting begins by the month-end and the show is likely to go on air in the first quarter of the year. |
