Sakshi informs Simran about having accepted Yash's proposal. Saurabh asks Shanker to be more alert and keep a vigil on Yash. Yash feels guilty about not having shared his true identity with Sakshi but is afraid that she may not accept it well and hence delays it further. Saurabh tells Simran about Yash. She in turn tells Abhi about it and an enraged argument ensues. Abhi ticks off Saurabh and suffers from immense chest pain. Simran is upset with Abhi. Nakul calls Sakshi hoping for reconciliation but refuses his offer. Abhi tries to make up with Saurabh but to no avail. Abhi decides to leave the house. Simran, Shaguna and Astha are shocked to see him pack and leave.

Simran is very upset with Abhi for having left her and so is Saurabh. Abhi's parents too, tell him to go back. Kiran and Yash rejoice over Abhi's departure from home. Yash takes Kiran to the club where Abhi is and leaves her there. Shanker, who is following Yash sees Kiran going in to meet Abhi and continues to follow Yash. Abhi is shocked to see Kiran and to hear that she knows everything about him. He wonders how. Yash and Kiran meet at the guesthouse and Sakshi overhears them. She gets curious and follows both of them to Kiran's house. She finds out everything about Yash being Kiran and Abhi's son and how Yash is out to destroy Simran and take revenge. Sakshi is shocked.

Sakshi is horrified on hearing about Yash and she goes in and slaps him. Yash and Kiran try to convince her about Simran and that they have suffered because of her but in vain. She accuses him of ruining her life and her chances of getting together with Nakul too. Abhi tells his parents about Kiran meeting him. They tell him not to let her enter his life again because she always spelt disaster. Sakshi is walking along the road in a trance and is knocked down by a vehicle and she is taken to a hospital. Simran is informed about it. Yash also goes looking for Sakshi but doesn't find her anywhere. In the meanwhile, Sakshi says that her last wish would be to donate her eyes to Dr. Simran and passes away. Simran, Urmila and Aastha reach the hospital to hear this and are shocked.

The doctors inform that the eye transplant needs to be done in 24 hours and Simran has to be prepared for it. Simran is too distraught but Aastha and Urmila convince her that it is the right thing to do. Aastha informs Saurabh about the chain of events as does Simran, Yash. Nakul comes to the hospital to meet Sakshi and hears of her death. He is devastated. He performs the last rites and then tells Simran that he had come to India to convince Sakshi to give their relationship another shot. Shaguna informs Abhi about Sakshi's death and Simran's impending surgery for eye transplant. He goes to see Simran in the hospital. The operation is successful and everyone is happy. Kiran tells Yash that Sakshi's decision to donate her eyes to Simran was not a good one and Yash gets angry with her.

Simran is recovering after her eye transplant. Abhi wants to see her but Saurabh dissuades him. Yash tells Abhi to divorce Simran if she is being so unreasonable with him. Abhi gets enraged with him. Kiran meets Abhi again and tells him that he is welcome to go and stay with her whenever he felt like. Abhi, however, snubs her. He notices Shanker following him and Shanker admits that Saurabh had asked him to keep an eye on Yash because of his connection with Kiran too. Abhi is shocked. Yash cannot get over Sakshi and tells Kiran about it. Abhi goes to meet Kiran and recounts all the incidents, which show that Kiran has been not such an ideal person after all. Yash overhears all this and comes out. Abhi finds out the truth about Yash and is shocked.

Abhi beats up Yash for having cheated Simran so badly. He leaves after threatening to hand over both Kiran and Yash to the police. Urmila agrees to look after AGH until Simran is fine and can take over. Shanker informs Saurabh about Abhi meeting Kiran again. He also tells Saurabh to warn Simran against Yash. Abhi tells his mother about Yash and Kiran and his mother tells him not to bring n the police for Yash since he is after all his son. Yash goes to the police station and confesses everything. Yash is very angry with Kiran. Abhi goes to see Simran in the hospital and also mentions that she should be careful about Yash since he is not to be trusted. Simran's bandages are about to be removed and the doctors ask her whom she would like to see first. She says: Aastha, Saurabh and Shaguna. Abhi goes away silently. When Simran does open her eyes she is disappointed not to see Abhi.
