I think its one of the patients , a Pregnant woman's baby delivered by AA(Possibly C-Section), as Obstetrian/Gynecologist Ipek was Missing and Eylul might be out of HBH ? or could be The Baby himself is a patient, who is critically ill . Ha, may be his Ex GF(0.0000001% chance, even before he met Eylul in Marmaris) might have given birth in HBH but the baby isn't his for sure , as I have complete faith in my Boy.

Even in my dreams , I can't imagine such thing of my Boy AA . For me(for AA too😳) Marriage is a sacred relationship/Bond of body, heart and soul of a Man & a Woman for life.😳
May be he had couple of female friends but certainly not a Girl friend in US for sure. He fall for one & only Eylul, no one else was ,is or will be in his life. Thats why I'm so proud of AA , who is so close to my heart.😳
Coming to AA scene holding an infant so close to his heart as if his own shows , howmuch he longed to have a baby of his own for the past 5 - 6 years(considering his age & profession). Hope & Wish Eylul watch it with her own eyes and realise what they both been missing all these years , a family with their own kids. Eylul may have his father atleast to say she has a family, where Ali has none since ZN passed. He waited for her more than 10 years to have a family with her . As a woman , she too might longed to have her own family with a husband and kids of their own. Hope this scene evoke her inner feelings/desires of a woman to have her own kid, thus forgiving Ali Asaf as she cant see AA sad for long (not just EE, any woman cant see her man sad, IMO)
Mehmet isnt the one who can easily give up on Eylul . Im not wonder if he tries to Kidnap Eylul make her realise how serious he been in this relationship with her for the last 10 years.Actually he is the real danger to AlEy relationship as Eylul trusts him and never doubts his intentions. Only hatred towards Mehmet keeps her more closer to AA ,physically and mentally.
Mehmet will surely burst out his inner feelings soon and what he did for her all along as Eylul thinks he is the true friend of her without selfishness.
Im so eager to watch , Eylul to see Mehmet's true face so that AlEy can come more closer than ever.
