The problem with lead couple was that one was too open and the other was too conformed. I couldn't connect with Dal Po in most part of the show because he was so engrossed in this revenge that he never truly cared for In Ha. While whatever In Ha did was only for him. He somewhat reminded me of Playful kiss hero. He was also very inconsiderate of everyone's feelings.

For me only In Ha was keeping their ship afloat at one time. Dal Po was too self absorbed.

I don't know, but they never really got any reaction out of me. They neither made me happy nor sad, not frustrated. Nothing. LOL. They were like a married old couple secure in their relationship. I liked their high school story more :P

Yoon Rae and Cap on the other hand were really refreshing. I feel their story should have started around 6th or 7th episode and they should have given a proper conclusion to their relationship. I mean they were so adorable. The way Cap treated her and cared for her was so endearing to watch. They made a total chalk and cheese couple. It would have been so endearing to watch their story. *SIGH*

I liked Dal Po as a character due to his internal dilemma regardin his revenge but as another half of their pairing, he falls short (ironically) like you said, In Ha seems more in love than him. Considering the fact he is he one who supposed to have loved her since childhood, it was weird.
@bold: I completely understand what you mean by that. I felt the exact same way, halfway through the show and I was just sitting there wondering why do I not feel anything for these two? 😆
Only thing I can say they achieved is tht LJS managed to get more emotion out of PSH during a kiss than any of her other actors before. I think its the first time I thought she could actually kiss. 😆 Gotta give LJS credit there.

I keep searching for FFs on Cap and Yoo Rae but I haven't found more than one or two.
Yes, their relationship was a breath of fresh air for me too! They surely deserved a proper conculsion, I was so disappointed by the ending I kept waiting for Cap to show up somewhere or have YR show up drunk again and have Cap take care of her 😆
I would have loved to watch a show with just those two.

I also liked Dal Po as an individual character more. And i don't know if it's the character or the actress but his scenes with Yoon Rae were also very good. I liked watching them solve cases as a team. Yoon Rae was such a cartoon. But she had chemistry with every guy in the show😆

I even liked her scenes with Nosy Jung. He finally managed to make her a rebel like him😆

I felt PSH and LJS kissing scenes are kinda over hyped😆Whenever he kissed her they zoomed out😆I thought she was somewhat comfortable only in the last wedding kiss scene. Otherwise she was bland as ever. The only respite was that she didn't give those "deer caught in headlights" expressions😆 But the fact that I loved In Ha's character made up for that. I never thought I could like PSH after watching her in The Heirs but I was wrong. She was great in Pinocchio. Only the pairing didn't click much😆

They should release a webtoon of 5 to 6 episodes for Cap and Yoon Rae😆It would be such a treat to watch them. Or additional scenes like they did with Playful Kiss on YT. They can do that. But I doubt they would.

About FFs I don't have any idea but there are 3 to 4 good VMs on Cap Yoon Rae. They were adorable.

Yoo Rae was the most adorable!
I think what made her so wonderful to watch is the fact she was more lively than all the other characters. No offense to LJS and PSH but they really focused too much on the angst aspect later on, it just sucked all the enjoyment out of it. PSH was constantly teary eyed and LJS was either too angry or static, it was much better during the start where they showed more shades of their characters compared to the later episode where it all became revenge centered.
I don't mind the focus on the revenge or angst but they didn't balance it out properly in my opinion, only Yoo Rae bought a smile on my face and the captain of In Ha's news station (I forgot his name). I think the only show that managed to balance out all aspects properly was Healer which even admist all the tragedy and dirty politics managed to have its lead couple being adorable and lively!

Hahahaha... Now you mention it, that is true! They did pan out each time he kissed her, I think that was the PD's solution to PSH's kiss phobic reaction 😆 But I still think her best kisses were on this show, I have seen her previous show kisses and it always gave off "forcefully kissed" vibes.
Oh The Heirs, I saw a few scenes and was thinking of watching it much later on. How did you find that show? Is it worth a watch?

I would watch a webtoon based on Cap and Yoo Rae so many many many times! 😆 They light up my screen with their banter! I would love a convoy between Cap and a drunk Yoo Rae 😆

Watched Splash Splash Love and it was an amazing rom-com.

Since it had only 2 eps (why only 2??😭) the story moved at a brisk pace with absolutely no filler and had a very well developed romance and lead characters. Some cute side characters too.

Kim Seul Gi and Du Joon had surprisingly fantastic chemistry. Seriously, some of their scenes made me wanna curl up my toes with how good they were together.😳❤️ I can't wait until someone casts these two together in a full-length drama. It needs to happen asap!!

Anyone who likes rom-coms should definitely give this one a try.👍🏼
