Video of JYJ's Park Yoochun being assaulted by a Sasaeng fan revealed online

A video of JYJ member Park Yoochun being assaulted by a Sasaeng fan has been shared on an online community site.

In the clip, Yoochun was exiting a building after getting his hair done and was walking through a large crowd of fans when suddenly, a female reached her arm out and slapped him across the face.

The assaulted Yoochun looked extremely shocked, as did the other fans who were in the crowd. Placing his hand on where he was hit, Yoochun left the scene.

According to the netizen who posted the video, the fan slapped him because she thought, "If I hit him, he will surely remember me," which caused the public to become dumbfounded a second time.

This video only further proved the brutality of idols' Sasaeng fans who are causing wild controversy as of late.

Needless to say, the public is surprised to learn that the shocking actions the Sasaeng fans take is true and real, not fabricated stories.

Furthermore, the video proved that the JYJ members simply grew accustomed to this kind of atrocity over time, and that much more shocking incidents most likely occur on a regular basis.

Watch the video here

I am shocked beyond core would just be an understatement🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Intoxiahcated - Yup. I'm new here! You username is very clever hehe I like it it.

Jahnvi - They are so pathetic. I think the police are stupider than the saesang fans though for not doing anything about it. Its clearly an invasion of their privacy and the idols get hurt physically and mentally. They cant just excuse them as 'fangirls'...stealing someones social security numbers and breaking into their houses...where the hell is the freakin police?! The managers know the names and faces and I think the police should do something about it for the safety of the idols.

I'm so frustrated right now at the way things are being handled. I probably would've gone insane within the first week of things like this happening. I dont know who they survived 7 years of it.

Now people know how crazy the sasaeng fans what do they actually plan on doing about it? Im guessing they'll let the heat die down and let them carry on all the crazy stuff they do. I mean the police surely know what is going on but yet they do nothing to help the artists that suffer at the hands of lunatics

List of Crazy Actions Done by JYJ/DBSK's Sasaeng Fans Shock Netizens

Recently, a post, titled "From One Idol Sasaeng to Another," on an internet community shocked netizens with a list of all the crazy things sasaeng fans (crazy, obssessive stalker fans) have done. The post has garnered attention because it comes days after reports of JYJ's alleged physical and verbal abuse towards sasaeng fans.

The list of crazy activities by sasaeng fans included: sneaking into their apartment and kissing them while they're asleep, saving menstrual blood to give the oppas as a present, stalking Junsu and making him get into a car accident, moving next door, and more.

Netizens commented, "They really are crazy," "Are they in their right minds?" "How can they call themselves fans when they act in such a way," "Sasaeng fans, get a life," "I feel bad for the celebrities," and more.

** More, but not all from the list **
–Made a copy of the key to DBSK's apartment
–Followed Changmin, then broke his pinky finger
–Froze DBSK's phone account, checked their call history on their cell phones, and checked one by one to see if they called a girl
–Looked for DBSK's personal seal to register marriage documents
–Snuck in lingerie in DBSK's bags
–Secretly ordered a bunch of pizza and chicken to DBSK's apartment and forced them to pay for them
–Snuck into their apartment and kissed them while they're sleeping
–Saved menstrual blood to give the oppas as a present
–Been the cause of their car accident
–Found the phone numbers of family members and called them
–Hit Changmin with a bag full of rock
–Used members' social security numbers to sign into various internet sites
–Tapped their phones

These girls are definitely psychos. Even that would be a minor word, I say. The police and law should definitely do something to protect their idols who, let's not forget, are human beings too. Just because they live a life to entertain others doesn't mean they don't have a right to privacy and security. What's the use of all those bodyguards around them when they can't even prevent these idiotic people from getting close? Who gives these lunatic fans a right to be treat them like this and get away with it? This is just too much. My heart breaks for all the idols out there who have to go through this. It really is a wonder how they haven't gone crazy yet. Having to go through this for more than 7-8 years would push anyone over the edge. I would've been long broken down if I was in their place. What are these girls' parents doing? Have they no control over their kids? Is this what they want them to be doing for the rest of their lives? Letting them follow idols who only hate them on the inside? They are even putting idols' lives on the line by causing accidents just so they would be remembered? Oh god. I think if I read more about this, I will go crazy!

JYJ issues official apology + discusses their South American concerts

JYJ attended a press conference before their first ever South American concert on March 8th (local time), and addressed the controversy surrounding the group, and their thoughts about holding their first South American concert.

The group has found themselves the most talked about topic of the week with audio files, recorded back in 2009, belatedly being revealed to the public on March 6th.

The members entered the press conference with dark expressions on their faces. The boys began by revealing some of the hardships they had endured due to the actions of sasaeng fans. "Ever since debuting in 2004, we suffered from sasaeng fans everyday for eight years."

Yoochun stated, "Having someone watching me every second, and following me around wanting to share every thing, is like being in a prison without bars."

Junsu also added sadly, "They exposed all our phone calls, GPS-tracked our cars and secretly chased us around, and even frequently broke in and took pictures of our personal items. They even tried to kiss me while I was sleeping, and they even caused a minor collision between their taxi and the car we were in to try to see my face. A fear choking the breath out of me would wash over me everyday, and I just want to at least live like a person through this indescribable suffering."

The group then issued an official apology for causing their fans to worry with the outbreak of the controversy. Jaejoong, stated, "I'm sorry for my wrong doings in the past' I'm sorry that many fans have been heart-sick due to this issue. From now on, no matter how mentally hard, or how far beyond the limit the situation is, we will think about all the people who love us, and for them we will not falter and fulfill our responsibility as public figures."

-

The group then went on to discuss their thoughts and feelings on becoming the first ever Korean artist to hold their own concert in Chile (March 9th) and Peru (March 11th).

Junsu stated, "I'm so surprised that we have many fans in Chile and Peru, where we have never visited before, and so happy that we can perform here."

Jaejoong added, "We never thought we'd be able to come to South America. It was hard to believe that there were fans here who liked our music, but after seeing all the fans who came to greet us at the airport, we've come to believe it."

With the problems they experienced on their journey as a bird got sucked into the propellers of the plane that was supposed to carry them from LA to Chile, the members lightheartedly stated, "We hope there will be a flight that goes directly from Korea to South America."

Jaejoong revealed their future hopes as he stated, "Until a few years ago, even if we performed just in Asia and one place in the U.S., the term 'word tour' was used. However, we have traveled all over the world including Asia, Europe, U.S., and South America. We take pride in having a true world tour. Having come to South America, we feel that there are even more countries to visit. We look forward to our second, and even third world tour."

In related news, the group's concerts have drawn much attention from the locals as well as the media. As if to evidence their popularity, 400 fans showed up at the airport to see the group arrive at the airport.

^^ WHY do they have to apologise?!?! They simply reacted to all the crap that was happening to them. The most patient human in the world would have lashed out too. I guess those creepy "fans" will get away with everything 🤔

^^Exactly! Their apology only proves that idols will have to endure this no matter how worse it gets and there's nothing anyone will ever do about [saesang fans]🤢
I can now say that these fans deserved whatever happened to them cuz it's not even .01% of how they treat the idols to begin with.
Some random person trying to kiss me while I am asleep? Hell, I don't think I'd ever be able to even think about 'sleeping' after that and I am not kidding. It's just like what Yoochun said: A jail without the bars. Even worse, maybe!

I feel so sorry for them, why do they have to tolerate this?!! I really don't blame them for doing that to the so-called fans.. those girls need to really think what they are doing, abusing them is not the way to show them love!!

JYJ's concert gets featured in a Chilean newspaper

Major media outlets of Chile have just experienced the spread of K-pop.

Before the opening of JYJ's solo concert on March 9th, major daily newspapers like the 'Las Ultimas Noticias' covered the boys preparing for the show from the minute they arrived at the international airport.

'Las Ultimas Noticias' is considered one of the most influential newspapers in Chile in terms of public recognition. Under the title "Crazy for Korean group JYJ," the paper reported, "After 40 hours, JYJ, a group that has reached the top of the world, has finally landed in Chile. Despite their arrival being in the early morning, so many fans arrived that police had to come on to the scene for security measures."

They also went on to touch on JYJ's social media activities and their surprise on the amount of popularity Asian artists have within their country.

Other media representatives that attended JYJ's press conference stated, "Not only fans, but a lot of other people have begun to listen to Korean music. K-Pop is no longer staying in the enclosure of its fans, but is reaching the level where everyone is taking an interest in it."
