It is a coming of age magical story of a young boy who goes on to become a superhero - Arslaan! It is set in the olden times, 3000 years ago in the past. His quest for identity takes him on a journey that brings out the superhero within. His supernatural powers ultimately help him in vanquishing the evil lord (Zaakfaar), to reinstate goodness in this world.
Zaakfaar, the evil lord, has formed an army of mutants, with the help of whom he wishes to rule the world. It all begins when Zaakfaar's evil designs to conquer the world are interrupted by Arslaan's father. His father captures the evil lord - Zaakfaar in a blue diamond, but the evil queen manages to resurrect him. He launches a fresh attack where Arslaan's father (who is a king) and his mother (the queen) are killed, but their faithful Dragon saves their son (the hero). The dragon takes him to the school of magic. The hero grows up with the skilled students of this school of magic, enhancing his own skills with time. Nobody in the school knows his true identity and he lives on like an underdog. In due course of time he finds his mission in life, which is to fight against evil and save the human race.
About Arslaan
He is the quintessential underdog, always shying away from attention. In due course he discovers his exceptional abilities, and his true identity, and finds out that he is truly a warrior with supernatural powers. Soon he learns that he belongs to a warrior clan. But due to circumstances, and having grown up without an identity has made him meek. But how much longer can he hide his magical powers from the world?!
It's in his blood, the angst, the never-say-die attitude, the determination, and the killer instinct. His approach is that, "I am sorry, if I don't kill you, you will kill me and I have to survive so that the human race exists." He grows up to become the savior of mankind.
His biggest strength is that he can make a weapon out of anything, even with dust and hair! His weapons can be as fatal as the viper's poison! His favorite toy is a contraption that has a multi-tasking mechanism. This contraption can grow as big as a spear; it can become a two-sided sword and can even become as small as a knife, which can also be used as a boomerang. His powers are truly magical and leave everyone gaping in awe.

 | Shefaan aka Praneet bhatt Shefaan is big and beefy often ends up annoying people. He likes Rudabeh and openly propositions to her all the time. He is also a bit sexist in his comments.
Rudabeh and the girls in the academy usually retort back cleverly to his sexist comments.
Shefaan's power is the adoption of certain animal behavioral traits. It's not that he changes into any animal he wants to, but he behaves and acts like them in terms of strategizing and planning, setting traps and operating in a slimy, sleazy & conniving manner. |

Urfus and Dufus are twins who are part of Arslaan's gang. Both of them are tall, skinny and have funny hairstyles. They dress in skin-tight leather outfits with a deep cleavage in the front and bell-bottom pants. They always have their chin out and act and talk as one unit.
Their power is that they can intertwine their hands together and create a super fist. With this super fist they become so powerful that they can attack almost anyone. However, most of the time, this backfires as they both lose concentration and end up hitting each other. Thus, they often end up with bruised and black eyes.

He has evil plans to wipe out the human race and create his army of mutants who just obey and listen to him. With the help of this devious army of mutants, he wants to rule the world. |

| Mikkavi aka Kishwar merchant Mikkavi is Zaakfaar's wife. She is part Persian and part Mongol. She takes great pride in her warrior roots and is as hungry and ambitious for power as her husband. She loves him passionately and will go to any extent to fulfill his wishes and ambitions.
She wears an improvised kimono with black boots. Her kimono is the source of many magical powers. In the multiple pockets of the different layers of her kimono, she hides many unique and magical objects. |  |
| Aurang Aurang is about fifty, tall, slim, and well built with grey hair. He is always dressed in a uniform. He is usually not very expressive and doesn't reveal his emotions very openly. He is usually quite calm but one can make out that he will not tolerate any nonsense from anyone. If the need arises, he will not flinch once before raising his sword to start fighting. Though he does not show it openly, he is very protective about Arslaan. |
