I feel that he needs to seek professional help. They must have a dept one of comfortable or if he wants to keep it secret one outside. It will help him manage all the stress and angst better.

Well, Rathore and Arjun have a whole different conflict altogether. So yes, it's very taxing for him. I was editing this a couple of days ago and realised the whole story is filled with angst😂
