The answer to your question is simple -

In the show we were clear of the relation that Arjun-Riya, Shree-Chotu-Riya, Arjun-Sameer shared but it was never clear of what relation does Riya-Sameer share.

Hence my request is to know of Sameer's PoV if possible.

There is a reason why Sameer's PoV is not shown yet. 😉

I can say this though, that it will start creeping up once the next section of the story starts
