It was raining heavily...
Sakshiwas about to go out of the office.Arjun called her:Sakshi,it's raining heavily.So i will drop you.
Sakshi:No thanks Sir.I will go by myself.
Arjun:Sakshi...i am offering the lift as a friend,not as your Boss.So if you refuse it your best friend will be upset.
Sakshidid not have any other option than to go with Arjun.
Arjun and Sakshi were in the car.
Arjun:Rain is so beautiful.Right?
Sakshi:Yes.
Arjun:You don't feel like dancing in the rain?
Sakshi:No Sir.
Arjun:Sakshi...here i am sitting near to you as your friend.Don't call me Sir.Call me Arjun.I am longing to hear it from you.
Sakshi's lips shivered.
Arjun:Come on Sakshi...call me Arjun.I will never fed up of listening to you calling me Arjun.Last 5 years i missed it.I missed your voice.
Sakshi:Arjun...
Arjun was very happy.
Arjun:Your voice is so sweet Sakshi...sweet like strawberry...your lips are beautiful like a red rose.
Sakshiwas reminded of Arjun tasting her lips imagining that it was strawberry...and Arjun planning to give strawberry and red rose to Sameera.Sakshi went mad thinking of it.
Sakshi:Stop it Arjun.
Arjun:What happened Sakshi?
Sakshi:Nothing.
Sakshi tried to calm herself.
Arjun stopped the car.
Sakshi looked at Arjun.
Arjun:Sakshi...i feel like dancing in the rain.
Sakshi:Arjun!
Arjun:During college days you used to love dancing in the rain.
Sakshi:Yes.But that time you used to hate dancing in the rain.You refused to dance with me fearing that you will catch cold.
Arjun:Yes.But i am not having that fear anymore.
Sakshi:Why?
He said in his mind:Because now i am in true love.When there is love nothing else bothers me.
Arjun saw beautiful rain drops in Sakshi's eyes.He smiled.
Arjun got out of the car.
Sakshi also got out of the car.He held her hand.
Arjun:Sakshi...please dance with me in this beautiful rain.Please don't say no.Please...
Sakshi could'nt resist herself when he started dancing with her.
They imagined the instrumental music of 'Kuch kuch hota hai..' in the background.
Arjun's eyes were going blind by the rain drops filled with his mad love for Sakshi.He felt that her lips
looked like strawberry.He could'nt control himself.He tasted it.Sakshi felt the sensation.Sakshi forgot that this kind of a moment only broke her heart 5 years back.She was living in the present moment.Arjun started tasting her completely as her wet body curves tempted him.
Arjun said softly:Sakshi...you look so beautiful in this red saree.
Suddenly she came back to her senses and went backward.Her eyes were wet.
Sakshi:What did you do Arjun?Are you not ashamed to do this with me?You say that i am your best friend...still...how can one do this to his best friend?You are a cheater...you are a coward...
Her words pricked his heart.
Arjun:Sakshi!
Sakshi:Don't you know that i am a mother?
Arjun:Yes,i know that you are a mother.Pihu is your daughter.But who is her father?
Sakshi was shocked by his question.She sweated.
Sakshi:I told you my husband is in Gulf.
Arjun:Lie.You are not married.
Sakshi was shocked.
She thought:How did Arjun know that i am not married?
Arjun:If you were married you would not have allowed me to touch you this way..because you are well cultured lady who values reltionships.You can't even cheat your life partner even for a moment.
Sakshi was numb.
Arjun lifted her chin:Sakshi...tell me..that day after Sameera's birthday party what happened?
Sakshi looked at him unbelievingly.
Arjun:You may be wondering why i doubt about that day.I don't know how...God showed me some glimpses.I want to know whether it was right.Did we...did we come closer?
Sakshi closed her eyes.Her eyes leaked.
Sakshi:Yes.
Arjun was shocked:Then why did'nt you tell me that Sakshi?
Sakshi:How can i tell you?You had forgotten everything.You were after Sameera.
Arjun:So Pihu is our daughter?The symbol of our love?
Sakshi:Yes Arjun.
Both of them were very emotional.
Arjun:My God!Pihu is my daughter.Sakshi...i feel so happy...
She became happy relieving herself.She was getting her Arjun back.Pihu was getting her father.
Arjun caressed her face.He pulled her towards him.They both shared a sensuous eye lock.
His fingers went through her while her fingers went through his neck.His finger got stuck up to his chain.His chain struck her eyes.She could'nt believe her eyes as it was her chain which Arjun had snatched from her neck at the rail way station.
Sakshi became emotional:Arjun...this chain...
Arjun:Yes Sakshi...i was missing you very badly.After you left only i understood that i was breathing you.I wore this chain of yours.This became a part of me.I used to feel that you were with me.
Sakshi became so emotional that she went into his arms.
Arjun:Sakshi...i can't wait to see my daughter.
They rushed to Sakshi's house.Arjun carried Pihu in his arms and started kissing her.
Arjun:Pihu...my daughter...
Sakshi:Pihu...this is your father.
She was surprised:Really?
She kissed him back.
P:Dad...where were you all these years?I missed you a lot.
Arjun:I will never leave you and go my daughter.
P:Really?
Arjun:Yes.
Pihu was very happy.
Sakshi and Rano looked at Pihu enjoying with Arjun.They became emotional.
R:Sakshi...truth can't be hidden for long.That's why Arjun understood what the truth is though it took some time.You both are meant for each other.That's why destiny brought you both to each other.
Sakshi smiled.
