Chapter 36:Next day, Arjun , Abram and Samridhi left for their tasks. Here Arjun had informed Arman to be ready for his part. Whereas Sameer, Ayesha and Sakshi continued their office work.
Ragini had taken Arjun to a mall, they'd first go for a spa, then they'd have lunch together.
Ragini: Sweaty this spa would relieve you from everything. Your stress levels seem to be really high.
Ragini said caressing his back and they both headed towards their destination. Arjun was quick enough to make a call then and continued walking with her.
That's when things started happening, someone collided with Arjun in full force, and Arjun stumbled a bit backwards, and that person just vanished as he had appeared.
Due to the collision Ragini's hands which were linked with his broke and before she could go to him to assist him she saw something which swept the floor beneath her.
Arjun glanced at Ragini who had turned white due to fear and teared up a bit when he recalled about his brother suicide attempt.
Ragini seemed like she has seen a ghost. Sweatbeads had covered her body and her breathing became laboured, she pointed her fingers in a certain direction but Arjun could see they were shivering. Satisfied with the result Arjun put up a concerned mask and ran to her.
Arjun: Ragini what's the matter are you alright?
Ragini had lost her voice she pointed at that direction where she had seen him but to her utter dismay he was not there.
Arjun: what? Who is there? Did you see someone?
Relaxing a bitand thinking that it was her mistake she calmed down and nodded in no seeing Arjun's worried face. She caressed his cheeks and said.
Ragini: it's nothing. I don't know suddenly what happened. I'm okay let's go.
Arjun: are you sure?
Arjun's concerned voice melted her and she was more than okay then and there. She nodded and smiled to him. But to her surprise Arjun hugged her tightly, not that she didn't like it, but Arjun was never so vocal about his love, he believed in the small gestures and personal moments only.
After parting Arjun kissed her forehead surprising Ragini again.
Arjun: I've lost baba I don't want to loose you.
He said and then hugged her again. She also hugged him back but on the other side she could see him smirking looking at them. Ragini quickly broke the hug and draaged Arjun to the spa.
Inside the spa both were undergoing different forms to relax themselves. When they were in the messaging zone, Ragini asked the attendants to leave and teasingingly asked Arjun.
Ragini: do you want a special message from me? I assure you you'll love it.
Arjun blushed brightly seeing her winking at him.
Arjun: I'd love that bit I think you need to relax more than I need.
Ragini: if you are okay them I'm also okay, so can I've the privilege to serve you.
Arjun smiled looking at her and she got her answer, she took the oils in her hand and went to Arjun's seat. She started messaging his back and after continuing it for some time she made him sit up.
She placed herself on his lap and started messaging his chest and below that. Arjun had closed his eyes while she continued her work. Ragini leaned onto him and whispered in his ears
Ragini: you look delicious you know.
That spring open his eyes and she laughed at his condition. She kissed his cheeks which had turned red and then dipped her head to kiss his jaws then his neck.
But she couldn't continue this as she heard her phone ringing. She found an unknown number calling, all the proximity with Arjun made her forget the previous encounters. So she went out to talk.
Ragini: hello
Man: hello Ragini, missed me.
Ragini: Arman.
Arman: wow you didn't forget me true love you know.
Ragini: shut up just shut up. How come you are alive? And what are you doing here? Where are you?
Arman: so many questions love. But I'm not here yo answer any of them. Do you remember what you did to me? But let's forget that, I heard that you have actually fallen in love so your boyfriend was with you I guess. Think what will happen if he gets to know about your deeds.
Ragini: no you'll not do anything.
Arman: I can and I'll and if you want me to stop then do as I say.
After completing the call Ragini went to Arjun by then he had freshened up and was ready to leave. Meanwhile he had a talk with Abram and understood that he didn't got the proofs till now. So he'd have to keep Ragini away for some more time.
However after the talk Ragini couldn't afford to stay there so she told Arjun to return home and have lunch there. However hard Arjun tried to make her understand she didn't listen. So finally they headed to Singhania villa.
Arjun had informed Abram about the sudden change in plan but this opportunity will not come again so he couldn't leave the house without getting the proofs. Here Ridhi informed Arjun that Pallavi was busy in her parties.
When they reached home Arjun cautiously took r agini inside looking around to see where Abram was. When the way was clear they finally reached her room. Ragini made him sit and went to change. Here Arjun was trying to find Abram when suddenly he felt someone grab his ankle, he would have instantly kicged that person but his concious told him it was Abram.
And it was right. Abram was under the bed. Arjun heaved a sigh and bent down to talk to him.
Arjun: did you find it?
Abram: no I searched the entire house it's no where. This is the last place I was searching.
Arjun: where can it be? The place near her, yet far from Devraj. Under his nose but still beyond his imagination. The place where Pallavi can keep proper eye on. She plays the piano daily. Piano! Abram piano. Search it I'm sure it's there.
Abram: okay. But don't let Ragini come out the piano is visible from everywhere.
Arjun nodded and sat back waiting for Ragini. When he got a call. By then Ragini was out of the changing room. When he heard Arjun talking to someone and then worriedly looking at his phone.
Ragini: what happened who are you talking with?
Arjun: I don't know the man said he knows many things about you and your family and he'll reveal them to me. I told him not to call again.
Ragini knew it was Arman, if he said anything to Arjun she might loose him, and she couldn't afford that. So changing the topic she went to bring food for them.
Arjun tried to stop her but she consoled him saying she'll just come. She opened the door and went out and turned to Arjun smiling Arjun saw Abram over her shoulders. Ragini was about to turn he had to stop her, but what could stop her from going. He thought and realised it was the only way to save Abram from getting caught.
Without thinking further he pulled Ragini to himself and planted his lips on hers.
Abram gaped looking at them. He stood there like a statue thinking about Arjun's condition, he cursed himself for not doing his work properly when he saw Arjun indicating him to continue his work.
Ragini on the other hand was escatic it was the first time Arjun initiated the kiss. And when he did that there was not holding back. Soon the kiss turned into a passionate one.
After breaking apart ragini looked at him mischeviously and took him inside the room.
Ragini: something has gotten into you today. How did you become so outgoing all of a sudden.
Arjun: I don't know may be baba's demise or being married to Sakshi. Earlier I could spend time with you, but now whole day she's in my house and legally my wedded wife. I can't stand all this. May be that's why.
Arjun smirked at her and then they conyinued it for some more time. Till Arjun received a call which asked him to come home.
Abram after getting the clues informed Arjun and left the place immediately.
In the car.
Arjun: did you get everything?
Abram: yes.
Arjun: call Ridhi.
Ridhi (on call): yes.
Arjun: show the clipping to Pallavi and make sure she attacks Rupali but it shouldn't be fatal.
Ridhi: done. Did you all get everything?
Abram: yes.
Ridhi: good. What will we do to Mathur?
Arjun: don't worry I'll call Singhanias for a dinner tomorrow, there Sameer will charge Devraj for my attempt to murder, and baba's murder, to save themselves they'll pass the blame to Mathur.
Three days later:
As expected Pallavi attacked Rupali after seeing the recordings and clippings revealing her illegitimate affair with Devraj.
When suddenly Sameer barged in to accuse Devraj to save the reputation Pallavi cleverly framed Mathur. But shocked by their backstabbing Mathur swore revenge against them.
