PART 11(a)
Riya was crying silently when she heard door opening sound.She wipe her face and compose herslf and turn towards door and saw Ayesha entered with Sakshi and Liza behind her with a bag of Riya's belongings in her (Ayesha) hand. Liza came to Riya and hug her. While breaking the hug Liza ask worriedly with teary eyes " How are you feeling now Riya? Are you feeling any sort of pain? You know we were so scared?"
Riya smile sadly and said softly "I m feeling better Liza. Don't worry."Liza too smile lightly.
"Really Riya all of us were so scared for you.Are you OK now?" Sakshi ask with concern.
Riya look at Sakshi then smile lightly at her genuine concern and said softly "I m fine Sakshi,Thanks."
Ayesha came near Riya and said softly "come Riya I'll help you to change clothes and freshen up.You will feel much better then"
Riya look at Ayesha in confusion then down at the bag in Ayesha's hand then at her clothes with big eyes which instantly filled with tears as she remember the last conversation with Ayesha after which she went in flashback and thought after putting her hands of her mouth "Oh! no. no.no. Arjun Sir ko kuch nhi hona chahiye.. meri wajha se no..bilkul nhi." thinking so she start crying with shaking her head violently which alert trio ladies present there in room and Ayesha ask worriedly "Riya Kya hua? bolo kya hua? We are here please tell us"
"yes Riya tell us.. what happened? Are you feeling any pain? bolo naa " Liza ask with concern lacing voice.
"Bolo Riya..Should I called Doctor ? what happened..? bolo" Sakshi ask Riya worriedly.
Riya look at three ladies of her team then look at Ayesha and ask with tears streaming down from her eyes "Ayesha how is Arjun Sir ?"
Sakshi and Liza were shocked on hearing her question and looking at Riya as if she had lost her senses.Here Ayesha at first was also shocked but soon she composed herself as remember the shine she had seen in both ariya's eyes only after hearing each other's name and what Sam told her earliar,so she sigh and said while cupping riya's face "Riya he is still unconscious, Doctor said if he didn't gain consciousness in next few hours he might pass into Coma."
"WHATTT!!???"
"WHAT?? wh..wha..what are you saying,Ayesha?He co..co..COMA?? NOO..no no.. unko kuch nhi hosakta..meri wajha se no..meri galti ki saza Arjun Sir no..he was right I m not capable for ETF.. aj wo meri wajha se.." Riya said in utter shock and broken state.
Seeing this Ayesha said little loud with concern lacing voice "Stop it! Riya stop it..please!! stop blaming yourself you know the truth you wasn't at fault got it."
Hearing Ayesha's loud voice Riya understood that she had made already tensed and worried Ayesha more irritate so she calm herself down and said apologetically in soft voice after holding Ayesha's hands "Ayesha I m sorry..I know you are tensed already and I m making it more difficult for you. But can you please help me one last time? I promised I won't ask or disturb you further..but just one last time please na..you will help me na. bolo. please."
Ayesha look at Riya then said nodding her head "ok ok..I'll help.. but Riya first tell me what do you want?"
Riya said "You just promised me. You will help me naa?"
Ayesha sigh and said "ok i'll. Now tell!"
Riya said determinedly "Ayesha please take me to Arjun Sir's room."
Ayesha look at and said "But Riy..." but Riya cut her in mid and said "Please I promised I'll not create any scene there nor cry anymore..pakka promised..You will take me na?"
Ayesha while shaking her head as she knew she can stop officer Riya but can never stop a lover Riya and said "ok..I'll take you there..now stop being childish and get up first change your clothes and get freshen up."
Riya literally snatch the bag of her belongings and walk to washroom (she would ran if that whipping pain wasn't there in her lower body and abdomen) and quickly change in her pair of jeans and long kurti of full sleeves to hide her whip marks and bruised.She then look at Arjun's shirt in her hand and smiled through tear-filled eyes and kept his shirt after folding neatly back in her own bag and hide behind other things.
After coming out she saw three mouth hunged to the ground ladies looking at her as if they saw ghost and this make Riya giggled lightly and then walk to Ayesha and said "Can we go now?"
Ayesha close her mouth then open to say something but then again close it as words aren't coming out of it.After just nodding went towards door with taking deep breathe in step out of room followed by Riya leaving two ladies behind in shock.Ayesha check the surrounding and saw Sam,Choree weren't there so she directly goes towards Arjun's room and saw nurse is going out of room to give some info. this makes Ayesha smile as she thought about Riya's good luck as she knew nurse won't allow anyone to enter. So Ayesha turn towards Riya and said "Go inside.I'll be here outside. Nurse ke aane ke pehle aajana."
Riya look confusedly to door of Arjun's room and at Ayesha's face. Seeing this Ayesha said "Riya don't waste time.Go!" saying Ayesha push Riya inside the room.
After being pushed inside the room, look at the figure laying on bed connected with lots of machine and tubes are attached,while there is a white bandage on head..her eyes welled up with tears as she slowly walk towards the figure lying on bed and stand at his right side..as she hold his free hand tears stream down her eyes and she tighten her hold on his hand,while sobbing she said slowly "Sir I..I..I m so..sorry Sir..please..wakeup..I promised..I..I..I'll never come back in your life and will leave ETF too..You were ri..rightt Si..sirr I was not..capable officer..and today you proved it Sir..now please get up..last time talk to me pleeeaassee..si..sirr.." and she broke down holding his hand near her wet cheek.
She cried her heart out till she fell asleep near his shoulder which became wet till now bcoz of Riya's tears. After some 10 minutes what looks like eternity to Riya her sleep broken by some hustling bustling noise which for her coming for far away. But when she opened her eyes she saw an excited and delighted face of nurse and when she clear her eyes and straighten up to get a clear look of what is happening then she saw and heard that nurse was so excited that she was just keeping herself from jumping and shouting "doctor doctor...jao doctor ko bulaao... or btaao ki patient ki heart rate normal hogyi hai..jaldi jao.." then she turn towards Riya who was looking her confusedly..nurse take deep breath and said that when I came here then..FLASHBACK..
When nurse return back to Arjun's room saw Ayesha standing and remembered that ACP Rathod was asking about Ayesha.. so she go to her and say "ACP Rathod apko pooch rhe the.. apka Naam Ayesha haina?" Ayesha nod her but glancing at the door for Riya. So nurse said "Kya hua? Ap yahan kya kr rhi hain? Dekhiye doctor ne ander kisi ko bhi jaane se mnaa Kiya hai.. jaaiye yahan se 15 minute baad mai bulaaloongi."
Ayesha look at nurse and tried to say "uh..umm..wo ander..Wo.." "Mrs. Gupta apki duty children ward Mei hai.. chaliye wahan doctor round par nikalne waale hain" another Nurse said to Nurse Mrs Gupta (Arjun's nurse). Both nurse started talking while walking towards another corridor. Ayesha sigh in relief as she thought nurse won't come soon till then Riya will also come out..just then her phone start ringing as Sameer calling her. She walk little away from the room and start talking to Sameer. Just then nurse came back murmering " huh..Meri tou koi sunta hi nhi mai keh rhi hun wahan Mrs Girish ki duty hai.. huh..shukar hai Mrs Girish warna" saying so she entered in the room and her small irritation turned into hot red anger as she saw Riya sleeping putting her head on Arjun's shoulder.. "OH!..." She was about to shout when her eyes fell on machine of heart rate and her hot red anger immediately turned into delight and bright smile crept on her lip and she turn towards the door which was still opened due to her arrival and called the ward boy and started telling him loudly to call the Doctor immediately as patient is responding.. that's when Riya's sleep broken..
FLASHBACK end..
Riya smile on hearing and ask "Are you sure? Arjun Sir is responding ? Is it means he will gain his consciousness soon.?" Nurse hold Riya by her shoulder and look at the girl infront of her (Nurse) in her mid 20s half of her (nurse's) own age but her eyes look more mature than her (Riya's) age as Nurse saw love,care and sincerity in those eyes which shine brightly after listening about patient's health. Nurse kiss on Riya's forehead and said " Nothing will happen to Your love dear..tumhara pyaar use Kuch nhi hone Dega..you sit down there.. Doctor aayenge tou tum khud unse sunna..ok"
When she turn towards door she saw doctor is entering the door nurse went towards doctor and told everything even that this miracle happened due to Riya who came here to meet him and looks like ltill now he was only waiting for her to respond. Doctor asked Riya to stay here till they do check ups and Riya also sit there only gazing at Arjun's face and waiting for him to give aanswer of her unasked questions like always he did.
