Part 21

Sameer is shocked hearing this. He does not know how to react..

Sameer enters inside and sees that Riya is sitting on the bed folding her knees with head bent and he can hear her faint sobs..

From outside Arjun, Ayesha, and Roshan are watching from glass..

Sameer (hesitatingly): Riya..

Hearing sameer's voice, Riya lifts her head up and comes runningly and hugs him and cries a lot..

Sameer gets shocked... but hugs her back and try to console her..

Riya (sobbing): Bhai.. Arjun ne...Arjun ne..

Sameer: Breaks the hugs and clears her tears and makes her sit on the bed.. he sits beside her..

Sameer: Ab bolo Riya.. Kya kahana hai.. tumne aisa kyun kiya.. tumhe patha Ayesha aur Roshan ka kya haal tha tumhe aise dekkh ke..

Riya is silently sobbing..

Sameer: Riya.. tumne muje bhai kaha hai na.. bolo.. aisi kya baath hai jo tum Ayehsa or Roshan se nahi milna chahthi thi..

Riya (teary eyes): Meine aapko aise hi bhai nahi kaha hai.. meine jab se aapko pehele baar mili thi.. tab se aapko apna bhai maana hai par kabhi bathaya nahi.. Aur jabse aapki aur Ayu ki shadhi hui, mein aapko aur apna maanthi hoon..

Sameer gets teary and hugs her..

Riya hugs him tightly and breaks down.. sameers strokes her hair to calm her down..

Sameer: Ab bathao Riya.. tum Roshan aur Ayu se kyun nahi milna chahthi ho..

Riya composes herself and says..

Riya: Bhai.. agar mein un dono se baath kiya tho anarth hojayega.. Ayu ko paanch minute nahi lagega mujse sach jaane ke liye ki aisa kya huwa hai aur mein aisa kyun react kiya tha.. woh dono Arjun sir ko bahut sunayenge.. unhe bahut hurt karenge.. unhe guilty feel karayenge.. aur mein ye nahi chahthi hoon.. isliye muje unhe abhi nahi milna hai..

Sameer (angry): Is rawte ki tho.. wo dono nahi.. ab woh mujhe face karega.. mein usse nahi chodunga.. Tum undono ko nahi batha sakthi tho muje bathavo..

Riya: Nahi bhai.. mein kuch bhi nahi batha sakthi hoon.. mein Arjun sir se bahut pyar karthi hoon aur unhe kisi ke saamne sar jukhate huve aur woh bhi meri wajah se bilkul nahi aur mein ye nahi sakthi hoon..

Sameer: Par woh tumhara pyar ka kadar nahi kar raha hai..

Riya: Patha hai bhai.. aur aaj meine jaana ki mein unki zindagi mein kya manyatha rakthi hoon.. mein kahi bhi nahi hoon unki zindagi mein.. unki zindagi mein aur unki dil mein tho bus roshini hi hai mein kahin bhi nahi hoon and she breaks out..

Riya: Bhai. Mein aapse ek baat poochoon..

Sameer: Haan ..

Riya: kya mujhme aapko roshini dikhthi hai.. kya meri kisi bhi likes aur dislikes Roshini se milthi hai..

Sameer is shocked hearing such question from her..

Riya: Bhai.. please bathayina.. aap tho Roshini ke best friend the na..

Sameer: Nahi Riya.. Roshini tumhari tarah nahi thi.. u are totally opposite to her..

Riya: Then why does Arjun sir compare me with roshini everytime.. mein jo bhi karun unke liye.. hamesha muje Roshini se compare karthe hai.. ye Roshini ko ye pasand nahi.. roshini ko woh pasand hai.. roshini aisi karthi thi.. par ye kabhi nahi poocha ki Riya tumhe kya pasand hai.. meine unka past accept karke hi unse aage badne ke liye tayaar hui thi.. lekin unhone tho.. mein unse bahut pyar karthi hoon bhai.. par badle mein unhone muje jeethe jee mardiya.. saying she breaks down..

Sameer tries to calm her down.. but she gets hysterical.. she pushes him and throws and breaks whatever gets in her hand and starts to hurt herself... yelling.. mein Roshini nahi hoon.. mein Roshini nahi hoon.. Sameer is shocked and is having tears seeing her situation. He is not able to handle her.. he shouts from inside Ayesha to come..

Ayesha comes there and both Arjun and Roshan also come behind her..

Arjun is rooted in the place seeing Riya's condtion..

Here.. Roshan and Ayesha try to calm down Riya.. but she is not listening to anyone..

She takes the glass which is broken and starts to scratch herself with it wherever Arjun has touched her.. yelling mein Roshini nahi hoon.. mein Roshini nahi hoon.. blood is oozing out from her hands and face..

Seeing the situation getting out of control.. Roshan runs to call the doctor..

Sameer is trying to pacify Riya..

Sameer: Riya.. Apne bhai ki baath nahi sunogi tum.. please calm down.. he tries to go to her..

Arjun comes out of trance and tries to go near Riya..

Seeing him .. she gets more hysterical and keeps on cutting herself with the glass peice..

Sameer sees this and pushes Arjun out of the room..

Ayesha: Riyu.. baccha.. meri baath sun..

Riya (yelling): Mein Roshini nahi hoon..

Ayesha: Haan.. muje patha hai.. tu Roshini nahi hai.. Tu tho meri gudiya hai na.. meri Riyu...

Riya gets somewhat calm hearing gudiya..

She sees Ayesha calling her..

Ayesha: Tu.. Apni Ayu ki gudiya hai na.. aaja mera baccha...mera paas aa.. Ayesha forwads her hands..

Riya goes and hugs Ayesha tightly..

Sameer and Arjun are watching how Ayesha is calming Riya..

Ayesha hugs Riya and strokes her hair..

Riya (murmuring): Mein roshini nahi hoon.. mein roshini nahi hoon..

Ayesha (teary eyed): Haan.. bachha.. tum roshini nahi ho.. tum meri gudiya ho..

Riya calms down totally..

Ayesha makes her sit on the bed..

Roshan comes along with doctor.. Doctor tries to give her injection.. but Riya shooes him away.. she holds Ayesha very tightly..

Ayesha signals doctor not to give her injection..

Ayesha: Shh.. Shh.. kuch nahi huva.. doctor tuje injection nahi denge.. Tuje injection se dar lagtha hai na.. mein doctor se kahdungi ki woh tuje injection na de.. Teek hai..

Riya does not say anything.. she is holding Ayesha as her life depends on her..

Ayesha signals Roshan something.. Roshan understands and takes the doctor away..

Arjun and Sameer see Roshan going out.. they are not able react seeing Riya like this.. Lots of things are going in their mind..

Suddenly Roshan comes inside.. he takes a glass of water and puts a tablet in it and slightly stirs it..

Arjun and Sameer sees this.. but don't ask..

Roshan: Riyu.. ye le thoda pani peele..

Riya does not say anything.. she is still holding Ayesha tightly..

Ayesha: Gudiya.. Mein kahi nahi jaa rahi hoon.. mein yahin par hoon.. tu bas thoda pani peele...

Riya: Nahi.. muje nahi chahiye.. Ye Roshan laya hai.. zarur isne isme kuch milaya hoga..

Arjun and Sameer are shocked how come she knows it..

Ayesha and Roshan don't react.. as they both know Riya does like this after their fight whenever Roshan gets her something and Roshan also does the same whenever Riya gets him something after their fight..

Roshan (trying to make moment light): Oye.. muje kya padi hai isme kuch milane ke liye.. mein thodi na tujse fight kiya hai abhi.. ye tho normal pani hai.. hamesha mere upar shak karthi hai..

Riya: Tu aise harkathein kartha hai jisi muje tujpe doubt aata hai..

Ayesha and Roshan smile as Riya is coming back to normal.. seeing her fight with Roshan..

Ayesha: Now you both stop.. Riyu.. ye paani peele.. thoda sa..

Riya: Par..

Ayesha: Agar tuje barosa nahi hai.. tho mein thodi peelungi.. phir baad mein tu peelena.. teek hai..

Here Sameer, Arjun and Roshan are shocked.. because they know the medicine is mixed in water..

Ayesha drinks little water.. and gives to Riya.. Riya drinks the whole glass..

Ayesha feels dizzy, but somehow manages.. and makes Riya sleep in her lap and stokes her hair..

After a while Riya is sleeping peacefully.. Ayesha makes Riya sleep properly and tries to move from there.. but she stumbles.. Sameer rushes to her, but Roshan holds her on time.. and takes her to washroom..

Ayesha freshens up so that she wont get sleepy..

With help of Roshan she comes out.. all of them come out of the room..

Everyone is silent..

Roshan: Di.. aap.. teek ho..

Ayesha: Haan.. mein teek hoon..

Roshan: Di.. ye sab kya hogaya.. hamari Riyu.. kaise bangayi.. aur ye sab iss Arjun ki wajah se.. meine usse baath bhi kiya tha.. ki woh apne past bhulake Riya ko accept kare.. but isne hamari Riyu ko Arjun se pyar karne ka aisa saza diya hai.. I wont forgive him di.. i wont..

Roshan gets up and walks to Arjun..

Roshan: Ab kya baki rah gaya hai.. why are u still here.. ab uski jaan loge kya..

Arjun is still in shock.. he is not in a position to think or listen anything..

Roshan angrily shakes him and pushes..

Sameer intervenes..

Sameer (angrily): Roshan stop all this.. ye hospital hai..

Roshan: Par.. jeeju.. is insaan ko app yahan se jaane ke liye kahiye.. mein isse ek second bhi bardasht nahi kar saktha..

Arjun (sternly): Mein kahin nahi jaunga.. woh meri biwi hai.. Meri Riya.. i wont leave her..

Ayesha: Gets up and slaps him hard.. Tumhari Zubaan se meri riyu ka naam bhi math lena Arjun Rawte.. tumne jo uske saath kiya hai.. i wont forgive u for this..

Sameer intervenes..

Sameer: Kya kaha.. tumne Rawte.. biwi.. kya proof hai ki woh tumhari biwi hai..

Arjun (shockingly): Sam.. ye kya kah rahe ho tum.. tum teeno tho witness the.. tumhare saamne hi tho humne shadi ki hai..

Sameer (angrily): Ye bas hum hi jaanthe hai Rawte.. aur koi bhi kisi ko reveal nahi karega.. and i will make sure there won't be any proof of your marriage to Riya..

Arjun (angrily): U cant do this sam.. She is my wife dammit..

Sameer (glaringly): I will do it.. Aaj usne muje bhai kaha hai.. aur us hak se mein ye sab karraha hoon.. aaj se woh tumhari biwi nahi hai.. sirf aur sirf Riya Mukerjee hai.. Samje ya Samjaon tumhari basha mein..

Ayesha and Roshan are just listening to this shockingly...

Arjun (angrily): Bahut hogaya Rathod.. mein bhi dektha hoon.. tum aisa kaise karoge..

Sameer(angrily): Tum abhi kah rahe ho.. and u have the audacity to say all this..

Sameer with tears...kya kardiya tune Rawte.. woh tujse pagalon ki tarah pyar karthi hai aur tune usse sach mein pagal kardiya..

Arjun also has tears hearing this..

Arjun: Mana mujse galthi hui hai.. lekin mein poori koshish karunga apni galthi sudharne ki aur usse maafi maangunga..

He was cut by Sameer...

Sameer: Galthi.. ? How dare u say.. its just a mistake..

Arjun face turns in pale.. he thinks Riya might have told him what happend last night..

Sameer: Kya hua Rawte.. tumhara chehre ka rang kyun udgaya hai..?

Now Ayesha and Roshan are curious to know what Sameer and Riya had talked about..

Ayesha: Sameer.. App humse kuch chupa rahe hai.. kya baat hui appki Riyu se.. please muje bathayi ye..

Sameer is just seeing Arjun's reaction..

Sameer: Dont worry Arjun.. Riya ne wajah nahi bathayi.. lekin jis din muje woh wajah patha chalgaya.. us din mein tumhara woh haal karunga ki tum apne saath janam thak nahi boologe...

Ayesha: Sameer.. please bathaye na.. kya kaha hai Riyu ne..

Roshan: Jeeju.. App kuch kyun nahi bolrahe ho.. please boliye na..

Arjun just silently moves from there and sits on the chair...

Ayesha: Tho mera shak sahi tha.. kuch bada hi huva hai.. warna mein kabhi bhi Riya ko aise nahi dekhha.. Sameer mein aapse kuch pooch rahi hoon.. please boliye..

Sameer: Ayu.. Riya ne muje kuch nahi bathaya.. par muje lagtha hai kuch bada hi reason hai uski aise behaviour ka..

Ayesha: Aap sach kahrahe hai.. ya mujse kuch chupa rahe hai.. i know her.. if she wants to hide something, she wont face me.. uski ye aadath hai.. hamesha aisi karthi hai.. woh kuch chuparahi hai mujse.. muje jaana hoga..

Suddenly Sameer's phone rings...

Sameer: Haan.. shree..

Shree: Sir.. woh aap comissioner sir ne aapke liye message diya hai.. ki aap jald se jald unhe mile..

Sameer: Teek hai.. aur koi case aaya hai kya..

Shree: Nahi sir.. abhi tak tho nahi.. Mein aur chotu bus nikalne wale the.. paper work complete hogaya hai..

Sameer: Ok.. shree.. hum kal milenge..

Shree: Er.. Er.. Sir..

Sameer: Haan.. Shree.. kuch kahna hai kya..?

Shree: Sir.. kya hua hai.. Riya ko.. is she fine.. Ayesha phone nahi utarahi hai.. we just wanted to know if everything is alright..

Sameer: Shree.. nothing serious.. woh Riya ko high fever hogaya hai..isiliye woh behosh hogayi hai.. thats why Ayesha was tensed.. use hospital mein admit kiya hai..

Shree: Kya.. Sir hum abhi aate hai.. aap adresss bathadeejiye..

Sameer: Nahi.. Shree.. Uski koi zarurath nahi hai.. she is going to be discharged now.. Hum usse ghar le ke jaane wale hai.. Dont worry.. she is fine.. woh jald se jald office join karegi..

Shree: Okay.. sir..

He cut the call..

Chotu: Kya.. hua..

Shree: Woh Riya ko high fever hua hai.. isliye woh wahin par hai..

Chotu: Chal phir hum bhi usse milke ayenge..

Shree: Nahi.. Chotu.. usse discharge milgaya hai.. she will be joining office soon..

Chotu: Phir bhi yaar.. hum uske ghar tho jaasakthe hai na..

Shree: Nahi.. Rathod sir ne kaha hai ki woh jaldi aajayegi.. iska matlab he indirectly told not to come..

Chotu: Ye Rahod sir bhi na.. Chal koi baat nahi.. hum usse office mein hi milenge..

Here in the hospital..

Sameer: Kya hua.. tum log muje aise kyun dekh rahe ho..

Roshan: Aapne abhi phone pe..

Sameer cuts him..

Sameer (fumingly): Mein nahi chahtha kisi ko bhi Riya ke baare mein patha chale.. and especially uska is Rawte ke saath rishtha kya hai.. Samje..

Ayesha and Roshan just noded their head.. where as Arjun is fumingly glaring Sameer..

Doctor comes there and checks Riya.. and sees that she is still sleeping and murmuring something.. and comes outside..

Doctor: Mrs. Rathod.. Aap se kuch baat karni hai.. please come to my cabin..

Ayesha: Jee..

Aayesha goes to doctors cabin..Sam too goes inside cabin..

Arjun too was about to go but roshan stops him.

Roshan:-You just stay out..

Arjun(angrily):-u can't stop me..

Roshan:-ye hospital he iss baat ki shukar manao Arjun rawte..warna ab tak tum apne pairo pe khade rehane ke kabil na hote..agar Riya ke liye thodi si bhi fikar he na tumhare dil me toh tum yahi rukna..

Saying this roshan too goes inside doctors cabin..

Arjun stay out waiting..

Aayesha:-doctor kya baat he..?hamari riyu thik toh ho jayegi na..?

Doctor:-Dekhiye patient depression ke daur se guzar rahi he..woh behoshi me keh rahi thi ke woh Roshni nahi he..woh Riya he..Roshni nahi..ye Roshni he kyon hai..?

Samsha look each other..

Ayesha: Roshini Arjun ki wife..

Doctor: Arjun kaun hai.. ?

Aayesha:-Riya ke pati unki Abhi nayi nayi shadi hui he..Roshni unki first wife thi..Jo ab iss duniya me nahi hai..

Doctor:-bar bar woh aise kyo keh rahi he..ke woh Roshni nahi he..

Roshan:-iss baat ka hame bhi definitely answer nahi pata..par hame lagta he shayad Arjun Riya ko Roshni se compare karta he issliye..

Doctor:-agar aise baat he toh hame unke husband se baat karni hogi..

Sam(angrily):-usse baat karke koi fayada nahi..usse mein apni behen ko dekhne bhi na du..

Doctor:-dekhiye Mr.rathod Riya iss waqt aise stage pe he ke hamari ek galati ke wajah se woh severe depression me ja sakhti he..we have to consult a good psychiatrist soon..she needs a psychiatrist..aap kahe toh mein mere ek dost..

Roshan:-mein khud bhi psychiatrist hu..aur riyu ko kaise normal karna he ye baat mein acchese janta hu..

Doctor:-ye toh acchi baat he Mr.Roshan aap unke best friend he unhe acchese jante he..ye thik rahega..

All then come out of cabin..

Arjun:-kya kaha doctor ne..?Riya thik he na..?tum log kuch bata kyo nahi rahe..?

Sam ignoring Arjun..

Sam:-Roshan tum yaha ruko..muze commissioner sir se baat karni hogi ..mein meeting postpone nahi kar sakhta..till then Aayesha will take rest..

Ayesha: Nahi sameer..

Roshan: Di.. Jeeju sahi kahrahe hai.. aap jayi ye rest kariye.. kal subah jaldi aajayiga.. mein yahan appki gudiya ka achi tarah khayal rakunga..

Ayesha: Par Roshan..

Roshan: Di please..

Ayesha gives up and she goes to meet Riya..

Sameer (rudely): Aur tumhe alag invitation dena padega Rawte.. tum bhi niklo yahan se.. Yahan sirf ek hi rahsaktha hai..

Arjun (sternly): Mein kahin nahi jaunga..

Doctor listen this..

Doctor: Please Mr. Rawte.. Hospital ke rules ko follow karna padega.. please try to understand.. agar aap akele ko permission diya tho baki logo ko hume jawab dena padega.. please..

Arjun glares both of them and goes from there..

Arjun tries to go to Riya's room, but Ayesha stops him.. Ayesha goes inside Riya's room and she caresses Riya hair and kisses her forehead..she is having tears seeing Riya like this..

Sameer comes inside and pacifies Ayesha and takes her home..

Arjun also leaves from there.. he does not go home, but he stays out of the hospital..

Roshan comes and sees Riya..

He gets flashbacks of all their childhood and their fighting and faintly smiles.. he goes near her and sits on bed and hold her hand, and talk to her..

Roshan (with tears): Hey chipkali kya hai ye.. tuje mein aise nahi dekh saktha.. tu tho meri ladaku chipkali hai na.. please jald se jald teek hoja.. phir hum teeno hamare ghar panchgani jaayenge vacation pe.. he comes out of the room, sits on the bench and cries a lot..

Arjun is watching all this from outside..

Riya's was under depression so matters turned worse otherwise in this situation any woman's reaction would be similar. Please continue soon. Arjun has to come out of the past and move on with Riya. Please make things alright soon.
