Chap 22b

Riya turned around to go after picking up the cake but bumped onto some1. She was shocked cum hapy to see the person "ARJUN SIR AAP??"😲😲 ri kahi tu sapna... nahi nahi paka yeh sir hi hai. "oh! Sorry sir... cream galti se lag gayi... I m sorry. Dijiye mein saaf kar deti hoon" riya apologized on noticing the small amount of cream smashed on right side if his shirt. Well thankfully the blunder was economical coz arjun was in his normal blue shirt and not some expensive partywear formals.

Arjun was in abeyance whether to come or not to the party. There was a continous fight between his heart and his mind. To have his final decision he closed his eyes.. that's when he got his answer when both his heart and the bloody mind cried in unison " go arjun, before its too late. Go to ur life, RIYA! Go arjun go!!

"u deserve her " sam answered smilingy.

And then what without much ado, arjun came here, where he needs to be

"kya saaf karogi😛?" arjun asked.

"wo shirt par galti se cake...aap shirt utariye mein saaf kar deti hoon" shirt utaariye.😕.. oops.🤢. " sorry .. I mean ... wo.." she fumbled.

Arjun took the cake from her hand, intently looking in her eyes. She didn't realized it and was shocked & confed when she felt some cream on her cheek, put on by arjun.

"ab hisaab baraabar.😉.." he concluded

Arjun kept the cake back on the counter, holded riya's hand and slowly took her to somewhere. She followed. Without any protest. Without any flinch. Why would she flinch? Her love was holding on her hand. She was just looking at THEIR hand. She watched Once at their hand and then at him in the other second. May be he is... here to break even a single thread existing between them, if any. The thought moistened her eyes. But she accepted it. Bound to happen.

Ariya were on terrace. Near the railing, looking at their near ones enjoying at the small yet big get together. None of them know how much time they stared at their family' standing beside eachother under the black sky on the terrace, with riya's hand still under is hold.

"sab kitne khush hai an!" ri broke the silence.

"SAB hai!!" arjun reminded himself. The feeling of having every1 alive beside him soothes him. He wished to remind it to himself again and again. Let it not be a dream which breaks on opening eyes.

"sorry!" ariya said together and both looked at the other facing eachother.

"I know I was wrong.. I should not have..." riya started to apologise but was stopped by arjun.

"ssshhh. Aaj mein kuch kehne aaya hoon yaha par.. lemme speak..". she blinked. She dun know why but some positive vibes surrounded her. She after such a long time saw some care, something different for her in his eyes rather than wrath and the feeling of being cheated.

He continued " I am sorry! I didn't understand u, I never tried to. U did what u could have done under circumstances. U did it all for ME. STILL I loathed but u neve complained. Har baar tumne sorry kaha.. u asked for forgiveness, jabki tumhari koi galti thi hi nahi. Aaj mein tumse maafi mangne aaya hon. Kya tum mujhe maaf.."

"I can understand sir" she interrupted " u need not to b sorry. I can understand ur condtion.." this is what riya could say at that time. A word more and she would wail a cry. She felt so much light, as if a big burden was taken back from her shoulder. Only she knows how she was withstanding his anger his loath for her. Riya could see only his hazy face as some salty water was blurring her vision.

He smiled at her maturity, her kindness and decided to end it all soon. Arjun took a breath and continued "thanks! Thanks for everything. Well I m a man of short temper, many flaws and short words. So coming to the point; I know ur feeling for me and..."riya closed her eyes, letting a drop of salted water fall on her cheek "... and ... I accept it... " arjun too closed his eyes " ... Do u accept me with all my flaws? Will u b with me forever? I love u riya!! I love u! do u accept my love?!"

None of them knows, when their faces were coming close to each other ust like a magnet attracting the other. Their faces approximated. Neither her nor his lips asked for a permission and they touched eachother. It was a pur bliss. Soft. Tender. Pure love.

Tilting their heads, they sealed their love with a kiss!
