CHAPTER 2:

Bhagwan ji was pacing to and fro in Sakshi's room. He was trying to wake Sakshi up but in vain.

Bhagwan ji: Are ladki utth. Warna noukri ke pehle din hi late ho jyegi. Phir mere pas roti hui ayegi. Bhagwan apne aisa kiyu kya? Are main koi alarm clock thodi na hoom. Likin yeh bat tujhe koun samjhye? Abe utthja meri ma. Warna woh Akdu Rawte tujhe noukri ke pehle din hi nikal dega.

Sakshi stirred in sleep.

Sakshi (sleepily): Yeh subah subah kan ke pas koun itna bak bak kar raha hai? Dekho tum jo koi bhi ho mujhe sone do. Warna Bhagwan ji se shikayat kar dungi.

Bhagwan ji: Yeh ladki to.. Mujh hi se meri shikayat karne ki bat kar rahi hai. Maine apne jindegi mein itni khatarnak ladki kahi nehi dekha.

Sakshi slowly opened her eyes and checked the clock. Next instance she sat up in the bed with hand in head.

Sakshi: Hey Bhagwan!!! Main itna kaisi so gyi?..(looking up at the ceiling).. Bhagwan ji apne aisa kiyu kiya? Jaga nehi sakte the?

Bhagwan ji: Oye madam main upar nehi idhar hi hoom apke paas. Aur iss taraf main subah se tujhe uthane ki koushish kar rahi hoom aur tu to mujhe hi dant rahi hai!!!!!!

Skahsi went down from the bed in a hurry and ran to the washroom. She finished her morning chore and came out wearing a blood red color anarkali with golden work in it. She wore her matching bangles and jewelry. She looked at the mirror for the last time. Then asked herself.

Sakshi: Main kaisi lag rahi hoom?

Bhagwan ji: Lagta hai uss Akdu Rawte ko marne ka plan bana rahi hai tu. Tujhe dekhkar waise bhi heart attack karne wala hai.

Sakshi: 100 marks to you Sakshi.

Bhagwan ji: Oye meri drama queen aab drame baji chod aur nikal jaldi se.

Sakshi looked at the mirror then checked the clock. She jumped and ran towards the exit.

Sakshi: Kya Bhagwan ji. Aap mujhse bilkul bhi pyar nehi karte.

Bhagwan ji put his head in his hand.

In ETF headquarter everyone was busy in a case. Arjun was feeling very restless. He was getting up and sitting in the chair again. Sometime he paced. He also drank coffee instead of his BELOVED cutting chai. Everybody was watching him with amusement.

Shree: Yaar Chotu yeh aaj Arjun sir ko ho kya gya hai? Kuch samajh nehi araha.

Chotu: Woh to mujhe bhi samajh nehi araha. Yeh itna uchal kud kiyu kar raha hai? I mean subah se bohot restless dikh raha hai.

Shree: Woh to mujhe bhi samajh nehi araha. Akhir bat kya ho sakta hai.

Liza: Tum dono Arjun sirke behavior pe concentrate karneke wajay case pe concentrate karo. Warna Damn It aur SYS ka double dose padega.

Shree and Chotu pouted but concentrate on the case.

Sameer was about to say something when his phone buzzed. He checked the caller ID and went away from there. Aisha noticed this with a frown. Aisha's frowned noticed by Shree and Chotu. Shree elbowed Chotu and winked.

Shree: Yaar yeh Rathod sir private mein kisse baat karne gye?

Chotu: Woh to mujhe bhi samajh nehi araha. But tune notice kya jab ussne caller ID check kya to chehra kitna khila khila lag raha tha.

Hearing the name Rathod sir Aisha parked up her ear. But hearing what they said she couldn't help but glanced towards his cabin.

Shree and Chotu secretly hi5 each other.

Arjun was watching all the drama with amusement when his phone buzzed with upcoming message. It was from Sameer. He told him to meet him in his cabin. Arjun frowned. What could've happened? He stood and went to Sameer's cabin.

Sameer was waiting patiently. Seeing Arjun he spoke up.

Sameer: Arjun ek news hai. Home Minister sahib ka call aya tha. Woh ek crime investigative journalist ko bhej rahe hai. Woh haamre sath kaam karegi.

Arjun: Karegi? Matlab ladki?

Sameer: Ha. Tujhe koi problem hai?

Arjun: Ha hai. Ekto hame koi crime investigative journalist nehi chahye. Uparse yeh ek ladki hai. I mean Sameer ek to mujhe journalists nehi pasand uparse ladkya hamesha kuch jyada hi samajhti hai. Jo nehi kahungi usska matlab nikalke naithi rahegi.

Bhagwan ji: Beta ladki hai to kya hua? Bohoti tej bacchi hai.

Sameer: Kya baccho jaisi bat kar raha hai Arjun? Tu koi teenager hai kya? Bakwas chod. Waise bohot taref kar rahe the Home Minister sahib uss ladki ki.

Arjun made a face.

Arjun: Home Minister to sabki taref karte hai. Issmein kounsi badi bat hai.

Sameer sighed.

Sameer: Arjun tu mujhe yeh bata ki tujhe aslamein problem kaha hai?

Arjun: Sameer hamare raj haam abtak chupate aye hai. Puri dunya se. Agar usse woh pata chal gya to?

Sameer got up from his seat and went to him. He put a hand on Arjun's shoulder and squeezed.

Sameer: Arjun tu fikar mat kar. Haam sabdhan rahenge. Kuch nehi hoga.

Bhagwan ji: Ha ha. Tu bilkul bhi fikar mat kar. Maine tera band bajane ka pura intejam kar dya hai. Tu bas dekhti ja.

Arjun nodded. Though he was not sure but he nodded anyway.

Sakshi got down from the auto and looked up at the ETF building. Her heart was beating fast. She took deep breath and released it slowly.

Sakshi: Sakshi tu phikar mat kar. Sab kuch thik ho jyega. Aur tu itni tension kiyu le rahi hai. Sab kuch thik ho jyega. Bhagwan ji hai na? Woh sab thik kar denge. Woh itne bure bhi nehi hai.

Taking deep breath she entered the building..

Bhagwan ji was listening to her blabbering with unbreakable attention. When she went inside he stood there with hands in hips.

Bhagwan ji: Utna bhi bura nehi hoom ka kya matlab? Matlab ki main thoda bohot bura hoom? Ruk main Radha se teri shikayat kar dunga. Mujhe meri Radha ki bohot yaad arahi hai.

Saying that he brought out a flute and started playing a beautiful tune.

Sakshi was running very fast. She was already very late. She couldn't afford to late more. She just entered the main hall and was running towards the conference room while she collided with a solid rock and fall on her hips. And oh she didn't fall alone. She took the rock with her.
