Chap 12 (ariya's marriage)

Riya was made dressed again afresh. As per the Bengali rituals the marriage was going to happen. Rathore and chotu held the phira' on which riya was sitting holding pan ke patta' across her face. When arjun got her first sight, he got Goosebumps. He had seen her in bridal style few hours before but this time it was a different feeling. And riya? She was too shy to look at him but was watching him with askance sight. All while during mantras whenever they succeed in stealing glance of the other, they wud receive some l8 teasing from their team {ab ETF mein hai saare.. nazar tak steal nahi karne dete...😆}. rathore too teased arjun 2 or 3 times. No .. none of them had apologized... but their equation changed 2day. When it happened they don't know. Mmay b when rathore forgave him for kidnapping' riya, may b when arjun was going to b married to riya and sam was playing the role of a brother in her marriage. May b when arjun was being over teased and sam saved him but re- teased him when arjun was in a room along with male ETFians, for grooming him as a Bengali groom. But it did changed - for good this time.

[note: though I m in Bengal.. but I havent attended any pure Bengali marriage in recent... so spare me if something written is wrong!] {also skipping every details]. The marrying couple were now taking the 7 pheras and in mind promised themselves that they will abide by the 7 spiritual vows- forever. Every1 present there were throwing flowers on the couple taking the pheras. No1 amidst that notice sasha and their eye lock, obviously except arjun [apne phere ke waqt bhi.. kisi aur pe nazar ... Cheee 🤣].After the hectic day now our rajput sa got the time to watch his dabang girl peacefully'. Coz at entry time his time was wasted in cursing chotu 😆 and the 'case. Out of both it was SDR who was looking more lost. Aisha was atleast sparing her glance at ariya, smiling while throwing flowers at them but sam was just looking at her and unknown to him his hands was showering flowers at the couple in front of him but most of it were falling on aisha as aisha was standing diametrically opposite to him.

"huh😕.." he startled and realized that he was the only 1 showering flowers. He immediately threw it on arjun... as if attacking him. Embarrassed 😳.. mmm... highly embarrassed😳😳 he defended himself .." wo.. mein... My flowers were large in amount.."

That's so stupid and embarrassing!😡

The marriage was completed. The muhurat for vidaai ceremony was 30 mins later. So the newly wedded couple were made sit on the king-queen throne in the hall. They all were having gala time. It was time when shree missed chotu's voice.

"ri... u know where is bheem.?" Shree whispered asking riya. Riya also searched left and r8.

"I think ur bheem is lost.." arjun helped them pointing in chotu's direction. On following chotu's gaze they discovered a beautiful girl clad in cream+green lehnga.

"sakshiii😃 " riya screamed in low voice.

"shree u go near chotu... I think he likes her... " riya said in excitement.

"hmmm... he is looking too lost..." shree replied weirdly

"but what about his 11:30 waali.😕." he continued inquisitively.

"tu bas jaa.. inki baat mein banaungi... mission chokshi'.." riya said and immediately shoved shree towards chotu.

Arjun shook his head in disbelieve.

"waise arjun sir..." riya called him looking in front, making sure no 1 notice them conversating directly.

"hmm"

"sir?"

"pch... now stop calling me sir.." arjun replied irritadely

"oops ... but I m not used to..."

"I know how to make u used to... ab agar tumne mujhe abhi sir bulaya na.. then who' wala style use karunga.. jisse tumhe chup karaya tha... " arjun said naughtily .. and continued .." wo bhi yahi pe.. sabke saamne..."

She understood what he is indicating to... Before she cud calm her nervousness he added to it by sayin .. "waise I don't have any problem ;-) J"

"mm ... ar..ar... arjun , can I ask u something.."

"That's good n ya u can ask me anything anytime "

"which one suits the most - choshi, chaskhi, satu, chosa .. or saant.. hum?"

Arjun sighed and replied "6^th one" not knowing the option at 6^th position.

"thank u :-D "she said flashing her dimple smile but frowned in confusion murmuring "but I gave only 5 options :-I " ... "arjun.."

Arjun who heard her murmur and realized his mistake immediately turned to his left looking more interested talking to a random guest!

She twisted her mouth and turned her face n concentrated on choree trying to interpret their convo

Bach gaya! arjun thought.

"chotu.." shree nudged him lovingly .

"hmm" chotu said lost

"she is sakshi, riya's friend.. aur wo abhi yaha hi aa rahi.. kahi tujhe thappar marne na aa rahi ho!" shree said posing a fake wide smile to saks, who reached choree by then.

"hi ... I m sakshi, sakhi anand , crime reporter..."saks introduced herself.

"hello.. I m shree, shreekant sen, head of technical dept of etf.

"aur aap??"saks asked looking at chotu who was not replying.

"ye.. YE CHOTU" shree instead replied, pinching chotu from back which brought him in real world.

"chotu?:-I"

"wo chandrakant patil, commando of ETF... nickname chotu😳.." chotu replied this time.

"ETF han? Saath kam karke maza aayega. Mein chali riya se milne... Bye!" and she ran to riya leaving choree confused.

"shree.. sun na.." chotu summoned him.

"hmm"

"11:30 waali"

"who?😲 Where?.😲😲." shree questioned alerted loking here & there

"abe sakshi.." he answered

"what?😲 Have u gone mad! 😡.. how can she b ur 11:30 waali.. u ve always seen her in burkha then how can u identify her.."

"uski aakhein (her eyes) !" chotu answered.

Shree thought he has lost his min and dragged him where riya & sakshi were gossiping and more than that sakshi was irritating arjun with her constant non-sense blabbering.

"shree u know what ... sakshi is newly recruited in ETF as a crime journalist and she will join us soon..." riya excitedly informed choree, who reached there, and both girls passed same toothy grin.

"ohhh!.." choree uttered in unison at the clearance of their latest confusion.

Chotu was more than happy and ate 10 gulab jamuns at once in mind.😆😆

"u r so late!" riya complained to saks.

Saks defended.. "riya u know na... I was in a kinda secret mission. (saks giggled)... from few months I was working in a nearby departmental store.. wearing burkha... as the shopkeeper was very cunning and also I cannot reveal my identity. He was actually cheating customers by various means and also sell them adulterated fod stuff.. bla bla bla. Finally I gathered proofs against him and aaj bas wahi submit karne office gayi thi. Shree was watching her dazzlingly and chotu's smile size increased exposing his 4 more teeth😃. Ri wondered what happened😕. Shree mouthed 2 her "11:30 waali" pointing fingers secretly at saks. And now saks wondered at 3 of them😕😕. For arjun this weirdness is nothing new.🥱 This news was given to aisha & liza too and reached samjun also. It seems that rathore was happier than chotu as now his aisha is safe😛. And aisha was disappointed at sudden failure of her mission jealousy'😆.

Arjun excused himself and went to sam and said to him "chotu se bach gaye.. par agar kisi aur ne phasa liya to.. coz I ve seen some cousins of riya wooing @ aisha... ur aisha... best of luck" arjun winked and left. Here rathore was embarrassed, surprised, shy (hayee!) and nervous. But was determined to confess to aisha before vidaai.
