Vrushali has covered the show as our in-house photographer and has taken some shots. We spoke to her about her journey with these men who have posed for her through the show. And she chose these photos to be part of the story she told us.
There are many pictures that one could choose as each one speaks its own story and as her guru has said, "A photo should be about telling a story". These guys be Shaleen Malhotra, Behzaad Khan, Siddharth Sen or Ketan Karande have posed for her without wondering if she would make them look good or not. She believes it is the comfort zone developed over a period of time with conversations in between the shoot and sometimes beyond it.
Shaleen always maintained that he could never pose but after a few months, he did manage to stand still for a few click when requested. Ketan always gave the stern pose like the one in the picture chosen. Behzaad perhaps was the most comfortable with a camera around and ensured that one took the best profile. And no she did not reveal which it is. This particular picture was part of an impromptu photo-shoot on location.
Then comes the charming boy Siddarth, who not only posed for her but took her camera and made her pose. And he has the most beguiling smile.
