A morning in Malhotra Manson, 9am
@ Breakfast table
Mr. Malhotra (to his wife, Shaleen's mother): Subah ki 9baj gaye, aj bhi tumhara ladla beta breakfast table tak nahi pahucha. Uski chhoti bahen bhi school chali gayi hai. Kya karega ye apni zindegi mein? Aur pyar do use. Family business chhod k shahezada chala singer banne. Aur idhar dekho uske best frnd Karan ko, kaise business me aage badh raha hai.
At this moment
Karan came from upstairs & join them on breakfast table
Karan : Good morning Uncle. Good morning Aunty.
Mr. Malhotra : Good morning Karan. Kaha hai tumhara dost?
Karan : Woh actually uncle vo abhi tak utha nahi,kal uska show tha, der raat se aya.
Mr. Malhotra : Tumhara dost aur uske bekar se shows. Kya hoga ye sab shows vagyada kar ke? Apna business hai, join karke vo kahase kaha tak pohouch sakta tha. Par nahi 2 saal se struggle kar raha hai.
Karan silently took his breakfast
Mrs. Malhotra : Aap har waqt uspe gussa kyun karte hai? Har koi ek jaisa nahi hota. Shaa bachpan se music ka deewana hai,uska sapna hai Rock star banna. Aur Karan ko ye sab business-marketing ka saukh tha, so he joined ur business. Aur ye bhi to apna hi hai na, humara dusra beta. Ek beta nahi to dusra beta to apka sath de raha hai na?
Mr. Malhotra (in anger) : Tum jano aur tumhara beta. Lets go Karan, we r getting late.
Karan : Yes uncle, am coming. Aunty don't worry. Aap dekh lena, ek din ayega jab Shaa uske papa k naam se nahi uncle Shaa k naam se pahechane jaenge. He will make us proud. Bye aunty, nahi to uncle will kill me.
Mrs. Malhotra is going to Shaa's room
Shaleen's room : It's a musical room. Different types of guitars, DVDs, his fvrt singer's poster were covered his room.
Shaa was still sleeping. Mrs. Malhotra sat besides his bed and put her hand on his head,kisses gently on his forhead.
Mrs. Malhotra : Uth jaa Shaa. 10 baj gaye.
Shaa : Umm mom... thoda aur.. (and he left his pillow n laid back on his mom's lap)
Mrs. Malhotra : Kal show kaisa raha?
Shaa (getting excited) : Awesome mom... We got a huge response. Next show ka date bhi fix ho gaya.
Mrs. Malhotra : Iss tarah se aur kitne din Shaa? Tere papa bhi gussa kar rahe the.
Shaa : Pata nahi papa kyun nahi samajhte. Par kuch bhi ho jaye, kitne bhi waqt lag jaye main kuch kar k zarur dikhaunga. I cant live without music mom.. I cant...
He left his bed n stand in the window. After a while
Shaa : U know mom.. I have a dream to fulfill ur dream. Aap jo nahi kar payi vo main pura karke dikhaunga. Sab mujhe Rockstar Shaleen k naam se janenge.
Mrs. Malhotra stand besides him n touched his shoulder "am always with you beta,chal aab fresh ho ja aur jaldi se niche aa ja. Shruti bhi a jaegi,sath me lunch karenge."
Its 1 PM. Shruti entered in the house. & Shouted "Bhaiyaaa..."
Had Thrown her school bag on the couch, leaft her shoes n socks in the other side
Mrs. Malhotra : Shruti...What is this? Don't mess up things. Tumhara bhaiya aapne kamre me hi hai. Dhire se jao.
Shaa heard her voice and came down nd called Shruti
Shaa : What happened princess?? Why r u so excited?
Shruti ran quickly towards him nd hug him tightly.
Shruti : Bhaiya.. Main class me 1st ayi & got this medal for best performance
Shaa : Congrats sis... chal decide ho gaya aaj sham tu mujhe treat dene vali hai
Shruti : kya bhaiya... tum bhi na. main to chhoti hu,mere pas paisa thodi na hai. Aap mujhe treat denge ,aur main list bana dungi mujhe kya kya khana hai.
Shaa (smiled nd agreed with her princess): Ok aaj sham Shruti k naam. Now go n chng ur dress,mujhe bohot zoro ki bhukh lagi hai.
Shruti : Bas 5mins bhaiyaa. Am coming. Mom jaldi se khana lagao.
At the evening Shaa n Shruti was in their fvrt mall
There was a gals' gang.
1of them became excited n shout : Hey look girls, Shaleen is here.
Reply1 : Shut up yaar.. tujhe to har jagah Shaleen nazar aata hai.
Reply2 : No yaar. This tym am not hallucinating. Shaleen is here with that little girl,may b his sister. Look at that floor.
They all looked at the floor nd all bcm very xcited nd ran towards him
"Wow... Shaleen...U r here. Pls gimme ur autograph. I cant believe my eyes" They all tried to touch him for once. For these crowd Shruti got detached from Shaa & stood in a corner. After a long tym Shaa was rescued by the security guards frm the crowd.
Shaa got tensed for her sis & started to search for her.
Shruti : Am here Mr. Shaleen.
Shaa turned back nd took a deep breath n relieved
Shaa : tu mera haath chhod k kyun chali aayi? Agar kho jaati to?
Shruti : Main yaha nahi vaha raheti to kho jati aapke crazy fans k bhir me. Aur aapke haath pakadne ka jagah hi nahi tha, vo gals aapke hath chhode tab mein pakdu na??
Shaa : Bohot zyada bolti hai tu
Shruti : Kyun aap sharma rahe ho? Aapko to proud honi chahiye, itni sari ladkiyan aapke liye pagal hai. Mom ko jake bataungi jaldi se inme se ek ko pakad k aap k sath shaadi karwa de. ;-)
Shaa : What????? Now I hv decided no treat, sidha ghar chal. Shayad u dnt wanna eat ur fvrt double cheese pizza. Lets go back. Mujhe bhi practc karna hai
Shruti: Nooo... No bhaiya... Sorryyy... I don't need any pagal bhabhi. I just wanna eat pizza.. Pls bhaiya, u luv me na...
Shaa: Bas kar meri maa.. phirse tera emotional atyachar shuru mat karna. But yaad rakhna ghar jake kuch bhi ulta sidha kaha na to aaj hi last treat hai.
Shruti : Ok bhaiya..Deal final. Achha bhaiya aapka nxt show kab hai?
Shaa : Kal sham ko hi hai. Kyun? tu achanak se puch kyun rahi hai?
Shruti (after a little silence): Actually I wanna go to ur show. Main bhi dekhna chahti hu,mera bhaiya stage pe kaise gaata hai, kyun sab ladkiyan pagal ho jata hai.
Shaa : But how can it b possible, papa ko to pasand nahi hai na. woh nahi chahte hai k ghar se koi bhi mere show pe aye, bas ek karan hi hai jo mera sath deta hai.
Shruti : No worry Rockstar.. Ekdin papa bhi man jaenge. Tab dekhna woh khud tumhare liye shows organize karenge. Ok issi khushi me aapke pasand k Black current ice cream khate hai.
Vaise bhaiya vo red scarf vali ladki kafi hot thi. aapne dekha?
Shaa : Phirseee...
After njoying both bro n sis came back to home. Karan called Shaa
Karan: Arree yaara.. Kaha gaya tha practice-vractice chhod k??
Shaa: Shruti k sath. She stood 1st in her class, isliye treat chahiye the use.
Karan: Kal tera show hai na? uske baad kya kar raha hai?
Shaa : Nothng. 9pm tak show hai,uske baad direct ghar.
Karan : Great yaara. But plan me thoda chng karna hoga, direct ghar nahi direct airport aayega tu.11pm ka flight hai.
Shaa: Ek minute... Airport,flight kya hai ye sab? Main bhala airport me kyun jau? Tera plan kya hai?sure ye sab papa ka idea hai,wo zarur chahte hai k koi business associate ko mein jake airport se le aau. No way, am not going.
Karan: Chill yara..Chill.Koi business vali baat nahi hai. We r going to Punjab. Humare dost, Sanjiv ka shaadi hai. Main akela nahi jaunga,u r coming with me.
Shaa: Kya karan..plan banane se pahele ek bar mujhse puch to liya kar.
Karan: Tujhse puchke kya karunga? Main to sidha aunty se baat ki hai. Unhone to bohot khush hoke permission de diya. Chal na yaara,kitni sari khubsurat kudiyan aane vali hai,waha.Jannat hai mere liye.
Shaa: Oyee.. Jannat hoga tere liye. mere liye to hell se kam nahi hai,ghutan hoti hai mujhe ladkion k bich me.
Karan (laughed) : Tu ekbar chal to sahi.
Next day evening 6:30 PM @Auditorium. Karan called Shaa "Hey bhai, yaad hai na,10baje k aandar airport pohouch jana.Bag pack karke nikla hai na ghar se?"
Shaa (in hurry) : Aree haan yaar ,I have done everything. Aab tu phone rakh, stage set up me busy hu.
7 PM. Count down start. It's a huge break for his life.The Auditorium was totally filled up n every moment audience cheered for him.
Shaa took his guitar. N make the 1st strum... The 1st song was Sun raha hai na tu (ashiqui2) audience became mad when they listen this song in his voice. Next was Phirta rahu darbadar(The Killer).It was almost 9 PM. Shaleen was just in heaven, now he was going to give his best performance ever Tu hi junoon Tu hi karar(Dhoom3).
Now he had a heavenly feeling. Took the phone n called his Mom " Mom. I did it. I gave my best performance evers. Today God is with me"
10 PM Shaa reached in airport and Karan was there. He looked at Shaa & hugged him tightly. Shaa Surprisingly, "Kya hua?Kis khushi me?"
Karan: Stage me aag lagake aaraha hai na? I Know that..Issi khushi me..
Shaa silently smiled and said,"Aab jaldi chal."
11 PM: They were in the flight
In the Mid night Mumbai-Punjab flight has been landed. They went to a Hotel to stay for that night.
