Chapter 3

Arjun stared at her. How can she hide her pain so well behind that smile? No, he thought. No way am I gonna let her smile disappear because of me. She only just learned how to smile. I will get her revenge, the justice she needs.

"no. I already know where he is hiding. I don't need your help. Do I have to remind you who is the ACP here?"

Sakshi gritted her teeth. Oh how she wanted to tell him, wipe that handsome yet annoying smirk off his face. ( i couldn't help myself!) she stared at him for a while then said:

" you think catching sikander is that easy? It took me 12 years to find out proper information about him. But, mr ACP, if you think you have got him, go ahead, go to that place at "kill" sikander."

"what do you mean? Arjun asked

"the information you found is fake. Sikander just leaked that info out, so nobody finds him."

Arjun bashed his head against the wall. he needed sakshi's info badly, but he could not put her life in danger. He thought. He looked at Sakshi, her eyes and saw love, care but most of all pain. He just added salt on her wounds. He remembered her tears when he told her he didn't love her.

Maybe, as soon as he got the info, he would go without her. Yes, that's a good idea. Tonight I will leave without her knowing.

"ok. Fine. You can come. We will leave tomorrow morning. Now tell me all you know about sikander...

He picked up his gun, wallet, and some spear petrol. He packed water and a first aid kit. Hopefully he wont need this, but just in case...

He turned to face the door but then stopped. He slowly faced his bed and reached for his pillow. Arjun stuffed his hand in it, and pulled out a picture. Of her.

He smiled. My brave angel. Im so sorry im hurting you again, betraying you once more. But I have to. He pushed the picture in his bag, grabbed the car keys, and ran to the car.

He sat in the drivers seat and threw his car keys on the seat next to him. After the seatbelt was strapped around him, he reached for his keys... Keys...keys? Where are the keys, he thought.

"looking for something?" he looked in the mirror and found Sakshi sitting in the back seat, waving his keys around. "wha...?"

"she looked at him angrily. "and what were YOU thinking of doing? You are disgusting you... you... Who the HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?"

And for the first time, ACP was silent and didn't have an answer. He was looking like a kid who just got told of for stealing chocolate.

"I GAVE YOU SOME VALUBLE INFORMATION, AND YOU THINK THAT'S ALL I CAN DO? WHAT THE HELL! YOU CAN NEVER BE TRUSTED YOU SON OF A ******* ********* YOU ARE A ******* ****** ****** ***** ********!!!!!! AND THAT'S WHAT I THINK OF YOUR ****** ******!!!

arjun gulped at all the language. Mother of jesus, she knew her words! He never heard her shout let alone swear.

Sakshi blew out and said; "that feels better"

Arjun just stared at her and mumbled;

"sorry."

Sakshi looked at his innocent face and laughed. She moved forward and sat in the front seat...

During the ride, Sakshi was humming some of her faviriout songs.

"if you want to listen to songs you can."

Sakshi smiled. It was obviouse he was still a bit scared.

She switched on the radio and leaned back on her chair, enjoying the song

Arjun stared at her. She looks and sounds so beautiful. Sakshi turned around and both stared into each others eyes.
