PART 3

Days passed by after that day.Ayesha had come back to herself.She had apologised to shree for the misbehaivour the other day.She had told them about that night or sameer's reaction even after they repeated ask her.

Arjun had tried to speak to sameer about ayesha but he just didnt want to speak anything about his or her personal affairs with him and warned arjun to just stay out of his personal life.

Cases came in ETF on a regualar basis and got solved too.It was getting hectic for the team to carry on working late nights after long days.Ayesha was diligently working her part but she started spending less time with Rathore.She usually accompanied chotu or shree,even arjun for the cases but avoided going with Rathore.She didnt give him coffee anymore,always sent riya or someone else for that.Didnt even ask him once when he got wounded in the cases though she always asked riya about him.

Rathore could feel her ignorance and he was trying to coming in terms with that.But everytime he saw her stern face his moral broke and he felt desperately affected by her.He had tried to speak to her a lot many times but she always brought up something from the case or ignored it saying nothing as such he is thinking.

Everyone in the team was aware of her termoil but didnt bother her more.One such day,she was working late night and sameer was at his cabin working too.He got out to get himself a coffee when he found the light to ayesha's cabin still on.He peeped in and found her resting her head on the head rest,eyes closed,she looked tired.

He went in and called her.Not recieving her response he went close to her and touched her forehead.It was burning with fever.He immediately got the medicines and woke her up.With a glass of water he gave her the medicine,

'Ayesha medicine le lo,tumhe itna tez bukhar hai,pehele kiyu nehi bataya?'

Ayesha gobbled the tablet with some water and looked at him,

'wo sir thora sa..mujhe bhi pata nehi chala kab itna tez ho gaya,'

'thik hai chalo,mein tumhe ghar chor deta hu,'

Ayesha slightly nodded and got up,but her head started swinging and she held the table. Sameer instantly held her hand,

'Ayesha kiya hua?kiya karti ho?chalo mera hath pakro aur chalo thik se,'

He held ayesha by her shoulders and walked slowly towards the car.He made her sit inside and took the driving seat.While driving too he kept a constant watch on her.He drove to her home and parked the car.He came out and helped her get out.He held her again but she prevented and moved away,

'I am fine sir,mein chali jaungi,good night,'

'bari jaldi hai bhagane ki tumhe,itna disturb karta hu kiya?'

'nehi sir,wo baat nehi,'

'i know ayesha,i know everything.thik hai tum ander chali jao mein fir chala jaunga,ok?'

Ayesha nodded and took out her keys.She went in and switched the lights on.She stood at the door and bid him bye.Sameer waited till she had closed the door and the light at her bedroom balcony was on,then he went away.

Late night at Ayesha's house she was silently lying on the bed looking at the ceiling.She was thinking about sameer,his concern,his care and his rejection.Her world has suddenly toppled upside down and she didnt know what to do.She was thinking about the whole matter suddenly her phone buzzed.She looked at it and found it was sameer calling her.She picked up the phone,

'Yes sir,'

'Ayesha tum thik ho?'

'ap ye puchne ke liye phone kiye the/?'

'haan,kiyu nehi bataogi?'

'mein thik hu sir,'

'ye kiya sir sir laga rakha hai?usdin to bara sameer kehe rahi thi,jab kiss kiya tha?'

There was silence at Ayesha's end.All the memories of the night were came flooding in and her pain increased several folds silencing her.

'Ayesha?'

'Sir,apko aur kuch kehena hai?warna mein phone rakhu mujhe sona hai,'

'tum jhoot kiyu bol rahi ho ayesha?tumhe neend nehi aa sakti.'

'kiyu??mein vampire hu?Raat ko jagi reheti hu?'

'agar tum vampire bhi hoti to bhi mujhe eisi hi achi lagti,'

'Apko mein kaisi bhi achi hi nehi lagti,good night sir,aur meine usdin apse jo bhi kaha,i am sorry for that again.',Ayesha said,pain was visible in her voice,

'Ayesha,meri baat suno,phone mat rakhna,sun rahi ho na?'

Silence

'Ayesha,i am sorry,achanak se tumne usdin apne dil ki baat kehe di aur mein..kiya tum mujhe mil sakti ho abhi?'

'kiya?abhi?'

'haan.kiyu raat ko milna allowed nehi kiya?'

'Sir,wo mein abhi ghar mein hu,abhi apse kaise,kaha,'

'Tum apne ghar ka darwaza kholo,aur mujhse mil lo'

'kiya?ap darwaza ke bahar?kiya kar rahe hai waha?'

'andar anek ke liye tumhare permission ka wait,'

'kiya?'Ayesha realised the situation and rushed to the door.She opened the door to find Sameer sitting on the steps in front.

'Ap yaha?'Ayesha was shocked to find him there,

'andar ajau?kahi tumne mujhe mara to logo ko pata chal jaiga aur meri bohot badnami hogi,'

Ayesha moved aside and let him in.He walked inside a few steps and stopped.He turned towards Ayesha and came close to her.He took her hand and made her sit on the sofa.She was too shocked to react to any of his actions.She was perplexed what made him come here at this late hour and behave so strangely with her.He made her sit and went to close the door.He came back and sat in front of her on the sofa.

'Ayesha,I am sorry,pata nehi tum kiya samjhogi mujhe,please pehele meri baat sunlo fir jo kehena hai kehe lena,'

Ayesha sat there looking at him confused.

He took her hand and kneeled down on the floor in front of her.

'Ayesha maine kabhi kisi se pyar nehi kiya hai,mujhe bilkul andaza nehi hai kisi se pyar karna kaisa hota hai.Kisi ke liye concern,possesiveness,kisi ki khusi mein apni khusi dhoondna,kisi ke liye kuch karna, ye sab meine kabhi nehi kiya tha.Per jab se tumse mila hu mujhe tum achi lagti ho.Tumhe janna suru kiya to bohot achi lagne lagi.Fir tumhara mere liye concern,subah ki coffee,mujhe chot lagne par puchte rehena,madat karna,samjhana,fikar karna,mujhe dekhte hi tumhari smile sab mere akhon ke samne tha ayesha per mujhe samaj nehi aya.

Us din jab tumne mere gal pe kiss kiya mujhe bohot acha laga per mein confuse ho gaya,mujhe gussa bhi aya bohot.Mujhe laga mein tumhe sirf pasand karta hu,colleague ho meri,per jab tum mujhse baat karna band kar di,muskurana chor di,tumhari aakhe tumhari takleef dikha rahi hi,aur sabse dur bhagna,mujhe avoid karna ye sab kuch mujhe pagal kiye ja raha tha.Per fir bhi mein bewakuff samaj nehi paya ye pyar hai.

Fir Rawte apna samjhane wala master,usne achanak phone kiya aur kaha ki uska koi dost us raat party mein tumhe dekh ke tumse pyar karne laga hai,wo tumse milna chahata hai,janna chahta hai,tab mujhe ek ajeeb si jalan hui thi.Meine uspe chilla diya,tab bhi samaj nehi aya ye pyar hai.Maine Rawte se zagda bhi karliya tumhe leke,usne to samaj liye mere dil ki baat per mujhe samjha nehi paya.

Fir tumhari ignorance mujhe aur bhi zada buri lagne lagi.Tum sabko coffee deti thi siwai mujhe.Sab se baat karti thi sivai mere.Aur aj jab tumne mujhe andar ane se mana kar diya to mujhe samaj aya ki maine tumhe usdin kho diya tha.Tum apni jagah sahi ho Ayesha bas mein...mein tumse mafi mangne aya hu,kiya tum mujhe maaf karogi ayesha pleasee..is gadhe ko ek aur chance dogi,tumhe khush rakhne ki mein har koshish karunga promise.Kabhi kisi larki se ye sab nehi kaha hai,agar kuch garbar kiya to plz mind mat karna.I think I have fallen for you.Please dont give up on me.I ll try never to hurt you again.'

Ayesha went down on her knees and hugged him and cried her heart out.She had almost lost him.

'Ayesha mujhe kuch chahiye,'

'kiya?'Ayesha blushed and asked him,

'coffee,kitne dino se nehi piya hu,tumhare hath ki coffee,bohot miss kiya,'

Ayesha parted from him and rubbed her eyes.'Abhi layi',She was about to get up when Sameer held her wrist and pulled her down.She fell on his lap due to the pull.Sameer held her there and leaned on the sofa comfortably streching his legs.

'abhi nehi,thori der baad,ayesha fir kabhi eise mujhe akele mat chorna,mein kuch bhi kahu fir bhi,mein to hu hi nalayak,plz tum samhal lena'

Ayesha smiled and hugged him again.Oh how much he had missed her smiles.

'Ayesha,tum kuch kaho,'

'kiya?'

'jo marzi,kal to itna kuch kaha,aur aj chup?thik hai to ek do dozen kiss hi de do,'

'Sameer,'Ayesha hit his shoulder and hid herself,

'waise ayesha manna parega tum kafi bold ho,aise propose to mein nehi kar pata,'

'Sameer ap meri khichai kar rahe ho?fir chale jao yaha se,'Ayesha pushed him and pouted her face,

'okk chalo,mein bedroom mein wait karta hoon,tum jaldi aa jao,'

'bedroom mein?'

'Tumhi ne kaha na jao yaha se,'

'Sameer ap apne ghar jao,'

'Ghar waha dil jaha,mera dil to yahi hai,'Sameer pointed at ayesha's chest,

'uff sameer,mein ja rahi hu sone,'

'ok chalo'sameer lifted her in his arms and took her to the bedroom and lay on the bed with her.

'sameer,'

'shh Ayesha mujhe sirf mera gift chahiye,meri christmas wali kiss,yaha,'sameer pointed to his lips,

Ayesha shyly looked away.Sameer held her face and slowly placed a kiss on her forehead and then her two cheeks.Ayesha hugged him tight and sameer cradled her to sleep and slept beside her.
