Riya was welcomed in the Rawte house with full respect and dignity as the daughter-in-law of this household. After the ''Grihapravesh'',some post-wedding rituals took place amidst laughter and teasing,which made both Arjun and Riya to no bounds.
After that,Riya was taken inside their room,which was beautifully decorated with white and red roses and dimly lit with scented candles.Daijaan made her sit on the bed and blessed her and Arjun for their married life...
After some moments,Arjun came inside and the sight before him made him smile.He locked the door and went towards Riya. He went near her and gave a warm kiss on her forehead.She closed her eyes to feel his warm lips on her skin... Slowly,Arjun removed all her jewellery and placed a kiss on each place.Slowly,Arjun made her lie down and consummated their marriage.. Arjun and Riya mad love all the night,feelin each other's love and became one soul residing in two bodies...
Next morning,Riya got up early and freshened up,as it was her first day in the house and will have to prepare a sweet dish for everyone... She wore a beautiful green saree with golden borders.Her hands full of green bangles.Her neck adorned with the Mangalsutra of Arjun's name and her forehead parting adorned with Sindoor... She quickly went downstairs after waking Arjun up and taking his clothes out for him...
Riya greeted Daijaan and touched her fee for her blessings... Riya took the Aarti thhal and did the Pooja of her ''Pehla Chula''... After that,she made kheer and breakfast for Daijaan and Arjun... At first,she offered the Kheer to Ganpati Bappa and then served to Daijaan.. Meanwhile,Arjun also came down and Riya served him breakfast... Daijaan praised her cooking and blessed her by giving the keys of Rawte household and giving her the ''nekh'' money... Arjun also presented Riya with a diamond necklace.She was really very happy...
After the breakfast,neighbours came in for Riya's mooh-dikhai.. Every lady blessed her and gifted her sarees,bangles and with many more gifts... After the mooh-dikhai,Arjun took Riya for her ''pag-phere'' rasam to Bannerjee mansion...
Riya and Arjun was welcomed traditionally,where the married ladies' played the conch shells and did the ''ulu'' dhwani... Being the only son-in-law,that too off a Bengali family,he brought two pairs of fish,as a token of appreciation from his side...
The whole day passed away like this with loads of enjoyment and happiness... Mini was really happy to see her Pishi Angel back at home.. She took her Pishi Angel to her room and started chatting with her,while,Arjun was being pampered by Riya's family...
In night,a family dinner was organized,where,Sameer,Ankita,
Shree,Chotu,Sara,Ashwin,Rudra,
Shubh and Arjun's Daijaan was invited.Arjun and Riya had a gala time along with the whole family who were pampering them with love and care...
''Arjun beta,aaj Riya tumhe pehla nivala khilayegi aur tum usse khilaoge... Same for Ravish and Anindita.. Chalo..'' Amrita said,smilingly...
Here,Arjun looked at Riya and winked which made Riya blush like a red tomato.. Riya,then took a small piece of roti,dipped it in curry and fed Arjun. Arjun also repeated the same thing... Everybody clapped...
After the dinner,the family spent some moments together,whereas the younger couples' took some time off and spent some time together... Ravish took Anindita for an ice-cream treat,while,Rohit took some time off and spent some quality time with Antara,Mini and his newborn boy,Varun...
Riya was standing near the window,inside her room.Arjun cam inside and saw Riya standing.. He went near her and held her by her waist... Riya closed her eyes and felt his touch... She turned around and hugged him tightly... Arjun smiled and also hugged her tightly.
''Aaj hum ek hogaye hai,Arjun... Meri life ko phirse pyaar se bhardene keliye shukriya...'' Riya said with tears in her eyes...
Arjun frowned seing those droplets of tears.He bent down and sucked those tears and said, ''Tumhe main humesha khush dekhna chahta hu... Tumhare aakhon mein aansu acche nahi lagte.. Tumhine toh mujhe phirse pyaar aur jeena sikhaya thha... Main bhi bohut khush hu ki humdono ek hogaye hai... Main vada karta hu ki main tumhe duniya ki saari khushiyaan dunga and tumhara saath humesha dunga... I love you,Riya,very much...''
''I love you too,Arjun...''
With that,Arjun placed his lips on her soft lips and kissed her passionately,pouring out all his love and care.. Riya also equally responded to his kiss.. Then,Arjun carried her in his strong arms and went towards the bed and finally,became one sould in two bodies..
