Chapter 16 :

Roshni was furious at the kidnappers while Arjun picked up their call. She was getting restless to see her son. Therefore, she snatched the phone from Arjun's hand and started yelling on them. Everyone present in the room as dumbstuck at her reaction, including Arjun. Aisha asked Sameer to stop Roshni, because such outburst could be lethal for Addu, and Sameer signaled Arjun to compose her.

So Arjun snatched the phone from Roshni's hand, grabbed her and sealed her mouth with his one hand while he finished his conversation with those kidnappers. Roshni was struggling to release herself from Arjun's hold and hitting him continuously.

Sameer : Arjun, leave her. They've cut the call.

Arjun : (left Roshni and Yelled on her) What are you thinking of yourself Rosh!! They're criminals, not some ordinary people who would be scared of your anger. We'd to handle this situation tactfully. Think Rosh, if they would get annoyed or angry on it,They would've killed our son!!

Rathod : Arjun's right, Rosh. You should not interfere into that call...

Rosh : (To Shree) Traced the location Shree?

Shree : This is an untraceable no...the caller is changing his location in every 20 seconds, looks like very advanced system he's using...

Aisha : That means...

Shree : Haan, though Rosh bought about 15 minute, I couldn't locate it. Sorry..

Arjun : It's ok. They'll call again. But Rosh, you shouldn't...

Roshni : I shouldn't?! It has been 5 hours my son is with them, I've to find out his whereabouts! I'm his mother!

Rathod : Haan, we're trying, Rosh. Nothing gonna happen to our Addu. We'll bring him back, just have faith.

Arjun : Found anything there?

Rathod : A receipt of shopping mall was found in the car, Chotu went there to investigate, and near a house we found this..(he showed them Addu's toy).

Arjun : So, they took him into that house.

Aisha : Yes, we searched the house...found some cloths...Liza is checking them for DNA. And the house looked messy, as if thee left in a hurry.

Rathod : Maybe they saw coming us.

Riya : But how they managed to disappear so quickly? I think they've stopped there and changed transport. In 70% kidnapping cases, kidnappers do this to clear their trails.

Aisha : But I don't think they are that clever. Especially that man talking to Rosh. Kaafi bewkoof type hain.

Riya : But he is clever enough Aisha. All of them, this man is Billu. Known as Harfan Mawla in crime world, he can do everything for money and never been caught. He can disappear like a shadow.

Aisha : And why you forgetting about the owner of this pendent?

Riya : Hmm... this pendent belongs to Jasmine. She's a disaster, and was caught once, four years ago, in Mumbai...

Aisha : I arrested her, she's a bi**h...trust me guys, she has nothing feminine inside her...in fact she's a shame on humanity... In lock up, she beaten up two men kept with her. ...they hit on her and she...We had to hospitalize them... One had to be beded for about a month.

Arjun : Another?

Aisha : Lost his s*x life.

Riya : And in jail, she tried to torch another lady criminal...she abused her.

Rathod : And the third one? Anything about him?

Sakshi : He's Goga... remember last month we was about to nab him but he escaped..

Riya : Yes, it's him.

Liza entered, panting.

Liza : Sir the prints in that house and the cloths... belongs to three people...and they're in our database...

Arjun : Jasmine, Billu and Goga, Right Liza?

Liza: Right, sir.

Rathod : But the question is, how they disappeared so quickly? Are they hiding somewhere around?

Arjun : Shree, bring the map of that area.

Shree put a digital map on the screen...Arjun and Sameer stood in front of it.

Rathod : This road, just at 2 min distance of that house...if they escaped through the back door...

Arjun : They should be seen by someone, if they reach that road.

Rathod : But nobody suspected anything, because they had a lady holding a baby with them.

Arjun : And it's our clue... Let's check the traffic signal footages..if we find something...

Riya : But if they took any transport?

Arjun : It would be better...we could found their destination also. Shree?

Shree : Five minutes ,sir. I'm downloading the footages.

Aduu was looking at trio, discussing about the ransom. He felt pressure into her lower abdomen. But hat should he do now, in home or office, all come to know from his facial expression or his loud call, but here it seems they are not interested to taking care of him. Suddenly Goga's gaze fell on Addu. He saw his face is becoming red.

And then something happened.

Goga : Aab isko kya hua?

Jasmin : Pata nahi.

Billu : Mrs. ACP told us her baby is a boy? Right?

Goga : Haan...

Jasmine : What's that foul smell?

Billu : (Sniffed)..what?...I think it's him...Goga, check him.

Goga : Mee!!

Billu : Haan...do it now!

Goga took Addu into his arms, sniffed his nappy and made a face...

Goga : It's him...let me change him. Jasmine iska..

Goga started opening his nappy in a hurry which was quite insulting for Addu. He took it as a opportunity to teach him a lesson. He waited for the moment when Goga's face was near his waist, he joined his legs and kicked his face with all of his strength.

As Goga was injured, and lost his front teeth, that kick on his swallowed face made things worse. He lost his balance and fell down. He cried in pain of her mouth and sprained leg.

Billu : (in annoyed tone) Agar ittusa bacch ka laath se girr jaate ho toh iss line pe kyun aaya? Tujhe toh university ka professor hona chahiye tha!!

Goga : (in furious ton) I'll kill this shaitaan!!

Billu : Stop this rubbish!! A 3 month baby doesn't do anything knowingly. You should've careful. Muh itne paas le jaane ke zaroorat kya thi? Hatho. I'll do it.

Bilu carefully removed Addu's nappy, keeping his face away from his legs. Addu take this opportunity to relive himself and he threw the hot geyser perfectly on Billu's face.

Billu didn't realize when the liquid hit his face, before he could move away, he got totally wet.

Jasmine : (giggled) So it's definitely Rawte's boy...ha..ha...

Billu : (lookd murderously at Addu) Haan, Rawte's son..and very wicked son.

Jasmine : Go and wash yourself, I'll put a new one on him.

Both went to washroom and came out without shirt. They put the wet ones on chair and settled on ground.

Jasmine : What happened?

Billu : I'm tired...

Jasmine : Then go to your room and take some rest...we have to wait for next instruction, right?

Goga : I can't walk...I've no energy.

Jasmine : Ok then you stay here, I'll go..

Billu : No!! Not now! We can't stay alone with this boy.

Jasmine : He's just a baby, Billu...

Billu : No, stick to us, we need somebody to watch around...you know ETF must've trying to find us..& can't stay here for long..

Jasmine : So you want to check out, now?

Billu : Not now..but we've to b prepare for it. You brought your sharee?

Jasmine : No...I even forgot my pendant at your place...

Goga : We also didn't bring extra cloth for us...and our only cloth is wet now...If we go out now, we'll be noticed.

Jasmine : So , now we have to wait Right?

Add as feeling hungry, and he knows after he did what to them, these people definitely gonna keep him starving, but it's difficult to think with empty stomach. So he started crying loudly.

Goga, billu and Jasmine looked at Addu with scary eyes ,they were scared of this baby's cry.

Goga : (scared) Aab isko kya hua?

Billu : Little babies have three works to do, eat, sleep and pee. He slept on the way, but if he want to sleep, he can do it, as he's lying already; he peed on my face and now only one is left. That is..

Jasmine : He's hungry.

Goga : Now how we feed him?

Billu : W brought milk powder and a bottle, Jasmine call someone to bring some hot water, prepare milk for him and ...

Goga : Feed him..I'm scared of its cry.

Jasmine : Why me?

Billu : Because generally feeding a baby is a woman's job.

Jasmine : ( sighed) Do you think I'm that kind of woman? If I had that kind of planning, toh shadi karke bacche paida karti, iss line main thori aati main?

Billu : Plz don't argue Jasmine, I and Goga, we're not in good condition, you can see it. Now you have to do something. So ,plz.

Jasmine got up grumbling, she went downstairs and brought a hot water flask. Poured some of it inside the feeder, prepared milk for Addu and put it inside Addu's mouth. Addu stopped crying at once and started sucking the nuggle. But the next instant, he removed it from his mouth and started crying more loudly.

Billu : aab kya hua!?!

Jasmine : I don't know, he's not drinking. May be temperature jyada hain...

Addu felt like scold those idiots, " Arre bewkoofon, feeder se pilane ke liye uski nipple ko pierce karna parta hain." But he resumed his crying.

Jasmine again put that bottle inside his mouth, but he again removed it and resumed crying.

Billu got up and stand beside Jasmine. Goga also came to see what happened.

Goga : Aise rota rahega toh sab log yahan aa jayenge...

Billu : Iski maa ko call karun?

Jasmin : arre nahi..pagal ho?

Goga : Toh kya kare, gala daba doon iska?

Billu : Stop it, let's call his mom, she can tell us what to do.

So again, they called in Arjun's cell phone.

Arjun : Hello?

Billu : Can I talk to your wife?

Arjun : (conscious) Why?

Billu : About your son...he's crying.

Arjun : ( cold voice ) What did you do with my son.?? Why he is crying?

Billu : Nothing...let me speak to your wife..

Roshni eas listening to Arjun speaking to the kidnapper, and when Arjun mentioned about Addu's crying, she reached to Arjun and snatched the phone.

Roshni : What?

Billu gestured Jasmine to talk.

Jasmine : Are you Addu's mom?

Roshni : Haan, what happened? Who are you?

Jasmine : We kidnapped your son...

Roshni : (barked) I know, when you' re gonna return him, what did you do with him, why he is crying?

Jasmine : We called for that, he's not eating anything, what should we do to fed him?

Roshni : (relaxed a bit) He doesn't want to eat?

Jasmine : Haan...

Roshni : Milk jyada hot toh nahi...

Jasmine : No, I've checked.

Roshni : Which brand you bought for him?

Jasmine : Wahi...yellow packet...

Roshni : Accha..how did you prepared it?

Jasmine : According to the instruction on the packet...

Roshni : Is he refusing to drink or denying after drinking some..

Jasmine : No he's refusing from the first time...

Roshni : (thought something) Check if the nipple is pierced or not.

Jasmine : on second, wait..( she checked the bottle)..

Roshni : Is it?

Jasmine : No.

Roshni : (started yelling on the top of her voice) BEWKOOF, NALAYEK, GADHE KII AWLADON..KAISE KIDNAPPERS HO TUM LOG KE EK BACCHE KO MILK PILANA NAHI AATI... DIMAAG KE JAGAH BHUSH HAIN KYA? YA DO WAQT ROTI KE BADLE GHAAS KHATE HO...

Before this firing session reached to its peak, jasmine cut the call.

Jasmine pierced the nipple and put that bottle again into Addu's mouth and this time he silently drank the content. All sighed into relief and Jasmine put Addu on the bed.

Addu was sipping his milk and moved his gaze aroung the room, that girl, Jasmine put that phone near him, if he roll, he could easily reach it and then he could touch that dialing icon twice to call his mom.hmm..not bad at all. He tried to remember playing with Shree mamu's phone or how mom or dad dial to call anyone. Now first he have to confirm if this phone is like that or not.

Addu finished the milk and left the bottle on the bed, then he rolled to the phone but before he could touch it, it started ringing.

Billu picked up the phone and read the message.

Goga : What happened?

Billu : We're going to call them at morning, if they agree, we'll give that deadline and go to meet our client.

Jasmine : without those things?

Billu : Haan, first he wants to see this boy. Then he'll final the exchange place.

Jasmine : Toh phir kaal unko phon karn ke baad humsab ko yahan se nikalna parega?

Billu : Haan.

he put that phone on the bed and trio got busy with planning for the next morning. Addu saw them engrossed into their discussion and that cell phone lying on the bed. He rolled to it and took it into his hands. He was looking keenly that phone and put it down, as he couldn't figure it out; but unknown to him, his dad's no. is already connected.
