She is the admin of that page.. so Admin ko contact karke koi fayda nehi. But you can report the page for sure!

I followed the link provided my Tahi and reported her profile under wrong content...Don't worry Tina 3-4 more reports and her Id will be blocked...
And Tina i have heard about a software called plagiarism software, i m not sure from where can you get it but i read a recent article about it.In that software you can check if someone has written something similar to it.It search all the web pages and if the search is positive, it provides you the link...I guess you and all the writers can download that and make frequent searches and keep a check on that some people like this girl are not misusing your hard work and getting all the credit...
I will hunt for the article and if i get it...I will give you the link as soon as possible.
