Why is there no development in Arakshi? Sakshi is just there.. she has no substantial role.. why is that? They can take Arjun-Sakshi's story pretty nicely but they aint doing anything.. Sakshi said she would make Arjun smile.. she's no where even near her task..

I agree with you but what can we do?
We are the audience and they are CV's.
We get to see what they have in the storyline.
