First u have to create an account in www.photobucket.com

Aftr that u can upload pictures to that site frm ur PC that u have already saved there……..

Then u will get a direct link for each photos in photobucket……that u can show on d right hand side of the image………

Then u can upload pictures in IF by d following link……..
