In Rathod and Ankita's room, the whole room was a mess...

"Anku, jaannu, Baby kaha ho tum??? " He tried searching for his wife in the pile of clothes...

"Offfo Sammy, aap ko kya lagta main choti bachchi hoon jo kapdon ke neeche chup jaungi..."

"Jaan, yeh kya haal bana rakha hain room ka..."

"Mr. Rathore - main kya pehno mujhe samajh nahi aara..."

"Yeh kapdo ka jo bazaar lagaya hain, isme kuch samajh nahi aane wala..."

"Sameer aap help kijiye na... Mujhe ek acha sa dress dhundiye na..."

"Tum kuch na bhi pehno toh achi lagogi meri jaan..."

Ankie just hits him on his chest when he says "Mera matlab tum kuch bhi pehno achi lagogi..."

"Nahi, Sammy mere devar ki shaadi hain... Please..."

"Acha toh meri jaan ruko na..."

He goes behind the cupboard and removes a huge parcel for her...

"Yeh kya hain..."

"Tumhare liye ek gift hain, khol ke dekhlo..."

Ankita opens it while Sameer stares at her intently... Its a beautiful light blue and green saree with white work and a sexy blouse... There was a box with matching white gold jewellary and a chudis...

"Sameer yeh mere liye hain na..."

"Jaan, try karke dekhlo agar pasand na aaye toh dedo main Ayesha ya Aliya ko dedunga... "

"Hmph, meri saree main hi pehnungi..."

"Haan toh jau aur pehno, yah phir aise hi..." And he holds her from her waist making her blush when she pushes him and runs to the washroom... While Sameer stands their ruffling his hair... He picks up all the clothes and doesnt fold them but simply dumps them in their wardrobe... And finds his suit and 3 ties ironed and hanged behind the door... He qucikly changes to waste any time as his best friend wanted him to be at his house soon...

Arjun's house - his mom had ironed and kept a suit with pink tie for him which was given by Mr and Mrs Verma... Arjun stared at the pink tie, made a face and was thinking of putting another tie when Ankita barged into the room...

"Arjun, yeh kya kar rahe ho tum... Abhi tak ready nahi hue..."

"Ankie ready toh ho gaya hoon bas tie pehenni hain na..."

"Haan wohi jaldi karo... Ab kya tie bhi pehenne nahi aati tumhe Arjun..."

"ANKITA... Pink tie?? Yeh kaise pehnu main..?"

Sameer starts laughing seeing the tantrums his friend was throwing around..

"Sam ruk tu..." Arjun tries to go near Sameer to hit him when Ankita pushes him behind...

"Arjun, ladna baad mein ab pehle yeh tie mujhe do..."

"I dont wanna wear this pink tie..."

"Pink tie toh peheni padegi aapk Mr Rawte" says somebody from behind...

Aliya who had barged in spoke...

"Wow Anku bhabhi, u look gorgeous..."

Ankita looks at Sameer and blushes while Sameer raises his eyebrows and lifts his collar complementing his choice...

Arjun, Aliya and Ayesha start coughing to gain the love birds attention...

Ankita immediately takes the tie and ties it around his neck.. She ruffles his hair and combs it... Arjun stands their looking unintrested. He so didnt want to get married especially to this only daughter of Major Verma... She would be so arrogant but was he less arrogant.! Hmph he said to himself and grinned...

At the engagement venue Arjun entered with his close friend Sameer and Ankita, Ayesha and Aliya followed by their parents... For a while everyone turned to look at the handsome guy who walked with a black suit and pink tie and slight lopsided grin on his face making him look all the more sexy as Riya's freinds all seemed jealous...

A freind of Riya went and whispered to Mrs. Shreya - Aunty you sure have a good choice...!

Aunty just gave her a smile and went to welcome the Rawte family... The hall was arranged grandly and Riya had absolutely no idea about it... As her friends were desperate to meet her, Mrs. Shreya decided that it was high time that Riya should be down.. She pulled Major Verma by his arm and they went upstairs... Riya was sitting their dressed up in a pink sharara and looked absolutely stunning... Mrs. Shreya gave a her a kiss while her father stood there with a sad expression and when Riya turned to him, he just mouthed her a sorry.. Riya's mom informed her that today was a big day for her as she would be getting engaged today...

"I know Mum..."

"You know it beta... How??"

"Mom, I am a police officer.. I know that I am getting married to Senior Inspector Arjun Suryakant Rawte and apparently he has loooks..."

"Beta..." Her mum gave her a look asking her to shut up while her Dad came and kissed her forehead...

Riya had her arm hooked to her Dad's arm and just descended down the stairs..

Arjun Rawte was ofcourse not intrested in looking at his bride to be inspite of noticing that the whole hall had their heads turned in her direction... Riya too saw that one guy - supposedly her fiance to be didnt give her a glance forget a second glance.. "Oh lets see Mr. Rawte, how long you keep ua eyes downcast..." She challeneged him without knowing who he was and when both of them were standing beside, both their parents announced their engagement.. It didnt suprise the couple but it sure did suprise everyone that why did the engagement have to be so soon...

Arjun and Riya stood side by side when suddenly Ankita who had a look clearly at the bride screamed making heads turn towards her..

"Riyeeoww Meowww - Oh My God..."

Riya immediately "OMGeee - Kittu Mittu thats you..."

Both the long lost friends hugged each other while the whole hall gave confused looks.. The only ones who had smiles were Riya's parents and Sameer who seemed amused to know that his wife and his best friends wife were close friends.. .Wow he said to himself... Arjun stood there seeing them scream their heads off while hugging each and calling each other wierd names like Meoooww and Mitthu... He just rolled his eyes... When Rathore came to stand beside him he whispered in his ears "Aisa lag raha hain abhi abhi paagal khane se nikli hain..." Sameer just controlled his smile while Arjun just kept rolling his eyes...

"Look at you, tune shaadi karli aur mujhe bataya bhi nahi..."

"Oye, tu bhaag gayi thi mujhe chod kar.. Contact nahi kiya.."

"Aree main kya karti, mera phone chori hogaya tha... Tune bhi number change karliya..."

"Haan woh college join kiya isliye..."

"Acha yeh toh bata ki jeeju kaun hain..."

"Jeeju tere jeth hain..."

"WHAAATTT..."

She screamed again gaining everybody's attention... Arjun and Sameer who were already irritated by their non-stop banter tried to shut atleast Ankita's mouth when Riya was standing their staring at Sameer with a shocked expression, her mouth forming a perfect "O" and her eyes popping out of their sockets...

"Yaar, Arjun yeh mujhe is tarah kyun ghoor rahi hain..."

"Main kya jaanu Sam, shayad aisi hi shakal hain uski..."

"Shut up Arjun..."

Riya just came forward and hugged Sameer... "Hey jeejaji... Me Riya Verma... Aapki pyaari si biwi ki behna.. Matlab best friend.. Aap dono ki bhi kya jodi hain... You guyz look so cute.. I mean ua quite handosme... Not quite actually very handsome and you look so good.. Kitty is so lucky... She always wanted someone like..."

Before she could say more Sameer put a hand on her face...

"Saali saheba, main samajh gaya main bahut acha hoon lekin aap zyaada meri tareef karengi na toh mera bhai urf aap ke hone wali pati jal jal ke raaq hojayenge..." He said pointing towards Arjun...

Riya started laughing... "Aap jokes bhi bahut acha karte ho jeeju..." Before she could something else, her parents decide to do the ceremony or else the guests would leave seeing their daughter's crazy antics...

Arjun takes a look at Riya then and very gently puts the diamond stone ring in her hand which looked like it was made for her... Riya was mesmerised.. The ring was so beautiful... Arjun gave her a small smile and Riya too smiled... That was the first time they looked into each other's eyes... Riya also put the wedding band in his finger while everyone started clapping.. Sameer was the first one to come and break the eye lock between the new couple and hugged both of them very tightly.. ."Mubarak ho mere yaar..."

Riya unknowingly started blushing a deep shade of red when everyone was congratulating her.. This didnt go unnoticed by Ankita.. She just pulled her cheeks like teasing her and then pulled her into a hug... Riya's mom was so happy that she whispered to her husband "Iss ladke ne toh pehli mulakat mein meri beti ko chup karwadiya..." And Mr Verma also had to agree about it.. He hugged his wife happily and then blessed both his daughter and son in law...

For the photo shoot nobody had to ask the couple to shift closer.. As it is Sameer and Ankita had already pushed them very close to each other and Arjun's hand automatically was on her shoulder... Riya blushed by the close proximity but by now she had somehow liked the attention.. Her dress and the shade of red she was were complimenting each other... She smiled a shy smile and Bingo it was a KODAK moment... .

Lets c how many more Kodak moments they make.. For now, ill end this part here.. Next part has other ceremonies... !
