In Mood 1:
She complaining that all her effort wasted by them and her two years of hard work is ruined because of them. They wanted to solve the case and they've solved it but ruined hers. She is really annoyed and is thus angry that they spoiled her work. ('They' may be refers to ETF)
In Mood 2:
She says, "Sir, you have created an aura around yourself and you don't allow people to enter into it. You want everything to happen your way, and don't let anybody help you. Sharing feelings and opinions with somebody gives happiness but doesn't make anyone inferior to anybody. However, you don't want to give that happiness to anybody."
