Why does Chelvi not go to visit Saro in hospital? For all the great love she has for Doctor Amma, she lets the accusations of Saro's villainous hubby and useless spawn keep her from her mother's bedside?

And was there any point to Raghu's accident, or was it merely to fill time for 20 minutes? Or the actors playing Sathya and Ranjani wanted their paycheck so Radhika decided to give them a scene to justify paying them this month's salary?
