I will say he did blame Rani (fairly calmly) but at the end he said "I have a major surgery tomorrow morning. I need to focus on it. I also need to take you to see your bauji. Sleep now. Goodnight."

It's not like his previous blame games. It's like a normal couple fight. He just feels like he lost Ranisa's love because of Rani's doing. It is flawed thinking but he is human. When he realizes he never had it to begin with, this will change everything.
