FEW MONTHS LEAP
Episode begins with the electronic display board on a Mumbai platform displaying “THU THU THU “ along with time and the BG playing “aye dill hai mushkil jeen yahan …..yeh hai Mumbai ….”
Anupama is standing near the door of a local train coach , the busy life of Mumbaikars is shown the hustle bustle of daily life in the markets n streets is shown . The scene ends at “purvachal housing society “
A flower seller is delivering her daily flowers to various shops n houses . Anupama opens the door n sticks the hand out , grabs the flower packet and goes inside n performs Pooja. She is early riser as habituated and prays for the well being of her family n children . Aging has gone in reverse as Anupama looks younger in a red saree.
she then cooks kanda poha and chai as FM radio plays songs in the BG .
soon she is alerted by a cry outside ..”Paani ala ..Paani Ala”
At Ahmedabad … Baa is seen carrying bucket of water Inside Shah mansion and making a huge hue n cry over it . Prarthana dressed in simple clothes , offers baa helping hand only to be rejected by angry baa. Suited booted Ansh helps Baa. He asks Prarthana to get ready for her office . Pra gets call from her boss asking bout her work . Ansh then gets busy with his work . Baa carries on carrying the bucket nd making a huge scene . Babuji comes n mocks her . Baa, Babuji have argument over Prarthana living in this house .., as paying guest … she being after Ansh .., Baa disapproving .. baa wants Ansh’s marriage to a better choice of bride .
At Mumbai Purvachal housing society .. Anupama is seen standing in line to fill buckets of water from public tap along with other scores of residents . On huge fat women is seen bullying her way n taking water out of turn , Anupama does not resists and behaves meekly . Jaspreet confronts the bully n gives her taste of her own medicine .
Anupama manages to collect her water , Jaspreet then reprimands Anupama for not protesting , fight for her own rights . She asks Anu if she ever fought for herself her rights ?
Anupama then gets FBs of all the scenes when she fought for herself against Vanraj,.., Kavya … Malti Devi Guruma etc etc . Jaspreet lectures her on fighting for own rights and Anu listens silently.
At Kotheri mansion , Moti baa is seen doing Pooja in a depressed state of mind before Shree Nath ji . Prem seeks her blessings , Moti baa asks Prem to leave for work at a particular time and step right foot first for auspicious beginning of the day … Prem agrees to follow her superstitious ideas happily l they join the family for BF and note Anil and Gautam ate discussing their daily routine. Pray joins them but sits not at the head of the table but on the side , he leaves the chair for others . Prem persuades him tk occupy the head of the table .
moti baa is wearing heavy make up , heavier silk saree n jewellery. They use expensive crockery .
Gautam and Prem clash over business matters . Gautam complains to Moti baa and she assures she will take to Prem about this . Khyati comes and joins them along with Meera and Badshah . Rahi is seen serving BF to the family , she faces anger from Khyati.
Moti baa is annoyed over Upma for BF . Khyati reminds them Upma is Mahi’s fav BF dish . She welcomes Mahi to the table .Mahi is pampered by Khyati and supported by Khyati she verbally abuses Rahi . Prem feels bad but makes no protest.
Moti Ba and Khyati clash over three pota bahus . Meera’s sharp remark hurts Khyati ,Parag and Prem visibly .
At Mumbai house Anupama and Jaspreet are sharing the house and she asks Anunto hurry n pick her dabba as she is getting late for work . Anupama gets recollections of all the Accusations by her family members n Kotharis and she gets panic attack .
jaspreet asks her not to forget her being an ka bharta, she has been using this bharta as a weapon to make her boss give her the promotion that was over due three years back . She hugs n kisses Anupama and asks her why she is looking glum n not talking .
Another flat mate arrives after Pooja at Bappa mandir She gives them Prasad . She is getting late to her work as RJ in Akashvani Bhavan . Two flatmates clash over their life choices and choice of life partners . Anupama help them by ironing her churidaar .
Anupama again gets FBs of past moments when she was accused by Kotharis n thrown out of their mansion. Anupama is seen walking in the market with flat mate who schools Anupama on Mumbai living , she then gets the feel that Anupama has lived in Mumbai before . Anupama says nothing but gets recollections of happy times with Anuj and Rahi on past Mumbai visits . She is travelling by train and gets disturbed on seeing little kids dancing in train to earn money . He remembers her happy moments dancing . she reaches home n starts cooking .
In the kitchen of Kothari mansion Rahi is blogged down with cooking and Parag come sand hands her a pamphlet regarding dance school and reminds her of her earlier ambitions of starting g dance classes . Rahi smiles n thanks papa ji .
She gets busy cooking smileys for Prem and misses him, she then remembers How mummy used to make smiley n make her smile ,mShe will do the same for Prem now . She goes to her room n pulls out ghungroos encouraged by papa ji .
Only one who has any sense left is Parag.
