He cooks up stories and states Anupama n Prem were taking revenge for getting Rahi’s dad to the haldi and Anupama ‘s past was exposed . Prem’s business proposal was rejected and Ansh was denied employment in their company by Parag at his behest . He accepts that . He asks Prarthana to speak the truth . He denies all accusations of domestic violence.
Prarthana is threatened n manhandled by Gautam . Despite being urged to speak the truth she shields Gautam . She gets teary eyed as she states that Anupama, Ansh misunderstood the situation .

I agree that the likes of Gautam deserves to be treated with chappal, but UpMaaa should be the last one to do it. And couldn't she wait like a day or even an hour to do the drama? Why did she have to ruin Rahi's wedding, knowing very well that it hangs on a delicate balance. This is not about giving anyone justice. UpMaaa can't stand someone else being happy or centre of attention. Toh shuru kar di nautanki. If Rahi is planning to take this woman's advice on married life, then her marriage is not going to last very long.
