Moti baa is confronted by Rahi over change of name , when Moti baa refuses saying Rahi agrees and states that if such is the custom then she will agree provided it’s done for both bride n groom . Moti baa is shocked . Prem supports Rahi and states if names has to be changed then both their names ought to be changed or none .
Shah family returns home and they have discussions over the name change issue. Then they discuss how the wedding rituals and bidaayi were to be held in Shah house. Toshu argues that they should have agreed to the kothwris to hold all the functions at Kothari mansion , Shahs can never match their levels . Anupama states that it’s a girls dream to have marriage n bidaayi from maika.
Anupama is worried about the enormity of catering for the various pre wedding functions , but with Kanha ji’s blessings everything will be accomplished. At Kothari mansion Parag is arguing with Moti baa over her consent for holding wedding n bidaayi from Shah house , there is neither space for parking cars not space for the entire friends n families . Moti baa tries to calm Parag as he wonders how embarrassing it wil be for them to invite their friends n family to Shah house .
Vasundhra then calls up Anupama and asks her to perform the ritual of Brahmin bhoj and Daan dakshina for them as over the customs of the Kothari family. Anupama is accused of opposing every proposition by the Kotharis . Anupama tries to protest but she is not given the chance to speak . Vasundhara cuts the phone abruptly without listening to Anupama . Anupama feels all the more hassled n feels the cash crunch. She asks Janki Ben to accept more orders n clients , she needs to work harder to earn more money as it’s required for the marriage of daughter .
Prem and Rahi surprise the family by celebrating valentines day with the family and involving all family members . Anupama narrates how her first V day celebrations with Anuj happened . Shah family is very pleased . Mahi feels pangs of jealousy and yearns for Prem . She crushes the rose which was given to Rahi by Prem because if her jealous fury .
Later Anupama notices the crushed rose by Mahi n feels frustrated because of that girl .
Prem and Rahi help Parag and Khyati share their love for each other . Anil and Meera also share their loving bond as Rahi persuades them to share their feelings .
Rahi and Prem have beautiful romantic moments together as a specifically arranged venue by Rahi .
