At the dinning table the kothari family has gathered for their meal. Prem gets instructions on phone from Anupama and Toshu , various orders for the Anu Ki rasoi and also various errands to be completed . Parag over hears everything n fumes that his highly educated son, the heir of the family kothari family , brought up in lap of luxury , is reduced to being a servant at the back n call of the beggar Shah family . He is ashamed and fumes with fury and lashes out at Prem .Prem retorts back and lashes out a6 Parag . He refuses to accept any abuses hurled at him or his Rahinor Anu ma’am . He states that of Mr Parag Kothari feels so ashamed that Prem is a Kothari , then he is ready to give up Kothari title n become Prem Anupama Joshi .
Parag and Prem have massive angry exchanges, they both walks out in opposite directions fuming with fury. Kothari family is stunned n helpless . Gautam smirks secretly . Prarthna gets emotional .
Rahi and Prem talk on the phone and they share their sweet romantic talks and how they are missing eachother .Rahi senses his resentment with his family and assures she will come n help him patch up . Pakhi is seen trying tk brain wash Ishaani to hook up its kothari boy Raja and try to trap him into marriage , Ishaani finds the guy disgusting n is uninterested .
Prem and Rahi are seen at a business meeting g where they are meeting new investors and they impress them with their presentation for Anu Ki rasoi . As the investors get impressed n agree to invest in Anu Ki rasoi. Unknown to them the investors are from Kothari business empire and Parag Kothari is the actual man behind this , he fumes knowing Prem nRahi were promoting that Anu Ki rasoi.
Rahi and Prem return to Shah family to inform about the success of their presentation and gaining new investors. They look forwards tk higher studies at Mumbai and working at the same time . The family decides to celebrate by enjoying paani puri . Prem asks Raja, Prarthana and his little cousin Badshah to join them . The family enjoys paani puri at road side . After eating Anupama washes her dish. Babuji too washes his used plate . Prem and Rahi follow suit . Prarthana, Raja and a Badshah are hesitant to wash their dish at road side stall but they too follow the shah family
Unknown to them Parag kothari witness everything as he is passing by. He fumes with fury . He collects Prarthana Badshah and Raja and returns home . Badshah falls ill with stomach upset . His mother Neela blames Anupama and Rahi for this.
He creates ruckus and lashes out at the two youngsters for crossing their limits and forgetting their family name n prestige . Raja accuses Prem of forcing him when he was reluctant . Parag lashes out a at Prem, for this , he blames Anupama and Rahi for manipulating his family youngsters.

Moti baa meets Anupama and tells her about unfavourable prediction by pandit ji about Rahi. Rahi asks her to take it with a pinch of salt as her exact time 9f birth is not known and such predictions are inaccurate.
