I understand that. That’s why I said if an actor speaks from his character’s perspective and defends the actions, it’s completely fine. For example a thief would obviously justify his actions. Actors defending their problematic characters being their own self is concerning. I remember Jennifer Winget never defended Maya’s character and always stated that as Maya she feels Maya is not wrong but as her own self she doesn’t identify with the character and Maya’s actions are wrong.
Gaurav Sharma defending his character is still understandable as he is still working for DKP but what was Madalsa’s excuse?
Look, no one justifies cheating, don't think she did that either. She does say, she wouldn't be in a situation like Kavya. Furthermore, her references seem to be limited to the outspoken and give-it-as-good-as-you-get kind of nature that Kavya was written as.
