Episode begins with Anupama at the super chef contest, she gives replies to all the judges’ questions in her broken English and manages to convey her point . The judges are impressed let her go. Coming out of the contest venue she notices several missed calls from Kinjal . She rushes to Kinjal’s house.
Anupama reaches Kinjal’s house where Anuj is trying to send Pakhi packing back to India . Pakhi refuses to leave. She wants tk settle down at IS and start her business with financial help n promotion from successful businessman Arush . Vanraj and Baa are furious with her romantic exhibition in public and want to send her packing . She refuses to leave Amreeka .
Anupama arrives and scolds Pakhi , Pakhi questions her authority and Anupama gets the chance to give long lecture on motherhood n her authority in her daughter . Pakhi gets frustrated .Anupama meets Babuji who is lying on his bed recouping from the injuries and stress. Anupamaa shares her care n concerns. She asks how Babuji got injured , none reply. Kavya informs Babuji fell down while walking . Anupama uses her sticks tk make Babuji reveal he was attacked by the same goons who were after Toshu over repayment of loans , Anuoama says she suspected the same . Vanraj apologises tk Babuji for the injuries he suffered because if his son Toshu .Anuoama and Babuji discuss the contest n he boosts her morale n encourages her , Vanraj badmouths her regarding contest n tries to discourage her .
Anuoama has mini celebration with her Restaurant staff and Yashdeep . They all enjoy chocolates n celebrate the occasion of Anupama appearing in the super chef contest , in Amreeka , which was a huge achievement for her . All agree and celebrate through video calling and hope for the best for Anupama and this restaurant.

Anupama suddenly gets paralytic attack on her right arm while dancing at the academy , she is rushed to hospital , where she exclaims she could not afford to have trouble on her arm as she had to participate in super chef contest . She screams with pain as the doctor checks her . Her screams alert Anuj who is in the next cabi. With Aadya who has fallen ill . Aadya and Anuj are shocked to see Anupama .
