Anuj kapadia character earned him lot of fame dear it's not easy to get such role again, yes currently he is acting foolish but after leap he is literally ruling& getting praises from every where recently in one iv gaurav told how people were bombering him with questions when his character will enter , see d craze he was so thankful so it really not easy to leave this role but I guess makers ne usse kuch to kaha hoga for his role tabhi he is continuing .

Anuj kapadia was a brilliant character no doubt but sadly makers r playing with this character but those who don't care for their FL , AK still is better

The show's FL doesn't have any self-respect. At least they could show him having some of it. Who can say that this man who is begging and is shedding tears for a woman who cares two hoots for him? We are to believe that he is a top notch businessman to boot!

Every actor needs to take risks to grow big. SRK got national praise and fame with fauji and circus but he didn't continue in doordarshan. Vikrant Massey was praised for Balika Vadhu and was given similar, bigger roles by Colors. But look at the risks he took and where he is now.

Such shows will drag for decades, GK needs to think if this is the legacy he wants to leave behind with the skills and talent he has.

please show at least 2% reality in the show we expect for such a long running and famous show.

But unko TRP ye multiple marriage and divorce wali bakwas dikha kar hi milti hai.

Although the highest TRP the show got was when Anupama was standing up regularly to her abusers and got the deal for resturant that would use homemakes as chefs.

But then makers decided they want to glorify female lead no matter what nonsensical decisions she made. And that the leads were actually the various crooked Shah characters.

And now here we are a 1000+ episode later with the supposed FL still crying, still going for new 'Udaan'

Ugh...better just insta reels instead. Even they have much better storyline

Sorry to chime in.

May be I have a natural tendency to defend professionals, but here is my take and more than happy to be corrected.

Actors have a short shelf-life in lead roles. There are very roles written for a 40+ age bracket.

At the end of the day, every person has a household to run and bills to pay. Some can afford to take risks and some are lucky to get the opportunities after the wait.

As for legacy, very few actors are able to live to be remembered owing to:

a. The medium they work which determines their reach.

b. The short audience memory.

c. The constant churn of manpower.

How else would you explain the presence of seasoned actors like Apara Mehta, Rituraj Singh, Vaquar Shaik, Gaurav Khanna (he was Kavin Khanna in CID for a long time) and established personalities like Kunwar Amar after a gap in their Television appearance?

Well, it's difficult everywhere, in ALL professions.

We can still blame him for continuing with this show despite having so much potential and fame and abilities. Actors who are scared and dont take risk go nowhere in their career, this show will drag on and on and he will remain just some side character made to worship the main lead.

If he had any sense he would cut his loses and put his CVs out, am sure he will get a good lead role in some other channel. He is currently at peak of his fame, he can easily land a good job, but if he hesitates soon he will be past it.

We used to make fun of him and say Anu ke naam ki mala japta hai, today he literally did that, topper up with some bad overacting by both actors, the scene was seriously Cringe!

It was cringe for me because old couple acted as of they were still in their sweet 20's . Act according to your age geeze
