Actually loan was given by Ak's company and not Ak.now Anu is also a partner of AK's company and EMI will be deducted from Anu's salary automatically.

Strange isn't it. Anupama was thinking "rationally" to wait for Anuj to wake up when he was seriously injured and was fighting for his life.

She also waited for Anuj to wake up despite Kavya (who was a witness) and Vanraj himself confessed.

Anuj woke up to say it was "perhaps" an accident in the heat of the moment.

So, Vanraj was fully conscious when we called him to the cliff, he was fully conscious when he argued? Why could the "argument" not happen elsewhere? Why was the cliff chosen as a negotiation/dispute resolution venue?

Are you serious? The big mouth Leela only taunts? That aside, Verbal Abuse is still ABUSE. Sorry, she may be grey for Shahs (only Vanraj) but not for ANYONE else. She has verbally abused EVERYONE including her husband.

Since we are stuck at whether the loan was 20 Lakhs or 40 Lakhs and how the money got paid, the bottomline is,

1. No one would have given her a loan

2. Had it not been for a partnership offered by Anuj, there is NO WAY Anyone would have been able to re-pay the amount in 1.5 years especially with the Investment capital (any meagre savings that may still be left with), skills and qualifications of Anupama.

So, Anuj was the "Knight in shining Armour" to save the day for Shahs and Anupama amd eventually became the single source of funds fir ALL seasons and causes.

For a background:

So, Anupama got scammed off 20 Lakhs which was due to be paid to IT which was eventually taken through another loan against the "karkhana" (lets not go to technicalities about it). She also took 20 lakh loan from Rakhi Dave against Shah House. Now the accounts Tally as 40 Lakhs (if only Anupama actually studied at Phinance Literacy Course rather than give gyan to the professor).

Now, to pay ALL of this, Anupama was given a loan by Anuj which would be "deducted" through Anupama's salary (a place she hardly goes to work). Now that she is a co-owner/single owner of Kapadia Empire, won't be surprised if the loan was writen-off🤷🏻‍♀️.

Anyway, she ensures she has an eye on the company phinances. It is in her besht "interest".

Kavya just said Vanraj called Anuj to meet at this hilly place. she is not a witness of this mishap.After the accident V couldn't recollect what actually happened at the cliff.But he was sure about the fact he had no purpose to kill or hurt Anuj.So after Ak came out of coma V wanted to hear the truth from Ak's mouth and Ak admitted that it was just an accident.

I have seen worse people in the show than Baa. According to me BB,M ,MD and to some extend V are worse people than Baa.

Kavya follows Vanraj to the cliff. She see the two arguing and the fight escalating.

Vanraj had no intentions to kill, ofcourse, why kill when you can torture him enough. He chose the cliff to just get a bird's eye view or measure the height of the cliff and depth of the trench.

Ok let me ask this question, he had no intention to harm Anuj. Would he be blamed if Anuj never came out of coma or if he had died?

Just for the record, aiding a crime is also a crime.

The bottomline here is, despite there being confession and witness, Anupama in her extreme grief chose to believe Vanraj. Such is her belief in her ex-relation, something that she so easily gave up in Anuj's case.

Ok, fed up prolonged verbal abuse, if anyone were to take extreme steps, would Leela then be responsible. I mean as far as I can see from the replies, as long as the person is medically alive, it is no crime, right? Coma or not.

Just one more point, abetment to suicide is a punishable offence and Leela's taunts as put out and verbal abuse that it actually is, can be a cause of such abetment.

What Samar did was heroic, no doubt. No one deserves it.
