Yes, all 3 characters are shadows of themselves

Anuj - business tycoon to a road class beggar who is helpless.

Kinjal - Educated, brave woman to a doormat living with her cheater and serving her cheater's parents while hating her own mother who sacrificed for her.

CA - Mature for her age to a blubbering mess

I think hating characters for when they deserve it is better than blind simping for fictional characters and defending them like they are your own family, lol. That is the real weird thing

People dislike RD ,M and BB as they are shown with negative shades in the show and they create troubles in the leads life.But disliking the lead and writing multiple hate posts about her and calling her names seems quite strange.😕

Kinjal and Anuj are grown up ,educated and matured people who can take their own decisions.If u think they have changed then they themselves are responsible for it.

CA's up bringing was done by Anuj and Anupama.Also in the last few months she was cared by her biological mother and Anuj.Then how come Anupama is solely responsible, if u think CA has changed into a cranky child?

U guys are hating a fictional char like she is ur sworn enemy which i find quite weird.

Vamps are supposed to be negative characters who do things you don't agree with or like. The lead is supposed to be, according to their own team, "empowering" and "inspirational". Yet, she is a really big hypocrite who only gives bhashans and doesn't take any action, is the cause of majority of her own problems yet plays victim, and doesn't make use of any of the opportunities given to her in life. She is an example of what not to do as a woman if you're seeking to progress in life. So obviously, criticism/hate will be more towards such a lead character. Some may like her character, but not everyone has to, and their reasons are very valid and not just for the sake of it. So to call that strange is presumptuous, others may find it strange that some defend and idolize such a poorly written character.

I think multiple people have explained multiple times that lakhs of real life people watch this and regressive shows like these spread the wrong message and affect the life of 100s of 1000s of real life women but you pretend not to understand
