No show name is anupama so basically story is about anupama only and other character are only relevant and important In this serial only if they are helping in moving forward anupama story that is anupama journey

Introducing absolutely separate story of other character in anupama story does not make sense at all and nor relevant at all

Yes each and every character is faltu if that character adding no value in anupama journey. Or no connection with anupama journey

When its first promo was released there use to voice over

" milieye anupama se jo sabka rakhti Hai khayal jaaniye kya hai uska dil ka haal "

So anupama serial is no doubt anupama story

Agar yeh serial anupama ki story nahi baaki subki story hai to is serial ka naam sirf anupama rakha hi kyon aur 3 years hone ko aarahe hai to montage mein only anupama hi kyon dikhaya jaati

Agar is serial ka naam anupama hai to iska Matlab yeh anupama story otherwise nahi hoti to is serial ka naam anupama nahi khuch aur Hota

I hate how Indian shows just use characters as plots for the leads’ story only and then in the end they will go with killing the leads too if they want to milk the show more. They don’t bother about characters other than leads as long as they are in the show. it’s all about using characters for plots and ratings and just misuse sensitive issues for ratings

No use expecting any sense out of it. It's not at all made to show anything good/logical or engage your mind. In this case they excessively promote and market it as some progressive journey but the execution is completely opposite. Someone gullible enough might fall for it but that's also fine. However, they should stop making a mockery out of serious issues though, which appears to be on purpose.

Because show is about the lead's story. Other characters r added n removed as per tracks to add episodes. Doesn't in movies same thing is done where there is one hero n other r villains.

Ppl here r too senti for Maya like show was about her empowerment. It was never she was added as vamp only to seperate anuj n anupama. In all shows characters r killed when there is no future track of bringing them back as they may be heading towards leap n chavi may not be interested in playing older character. After leap many other characters will be removed too for similar reasons killing them or living in foreign.

Also Killing maya paved way for making anu hate anupama like naira hated akshara after leap leading to future track.

Maya's character could have gotten justice only if she would have filed complaint against sampat but in starting only she denied it when anuj asked her to file police case..so her character wasn't seeking any justice n anuj was completely uninterested in her so there is no point why her character should be in show in coma n retained in show when there is no future story line for her.
