Neither anuj anupma r divorcing nor anuj is going to marry her, nor he loves her.

What's the purpose of her staying there like unwanted luggage.

Its makers arrogance to unnecessary instigate viewers, maaya is the most irritating character who serve not purpose in d serial, she is a forced camp even I doubt she can be called as vamp as she mostly look like a clown only even barkha , Leela , vanraj have a better stand, her trying to seperate Maan is d most illogical things anuj is not even interested in her shadow that she knows very well.

It would had better instead of maaya they would had brought someone who anuj's ex if they wanted to create rift b/w maan it would had made some sense in d story.
