Anuj is not a virgin he told anupama about his past relationships. It's just he could never get rid of anupama mentally n emotionally.

Problem is not what he did in past problem is how casual it's for him to break a marriage in just 6-8 months for a child. He can clearly tell anupama to chose between both families.

After relationship stabilizes He can even have IVF n hire a surrogate mother for having his own baby. There r so many options these days. Still he chose to break the marriage.
