A. Because hiding things from one another is the sign of a matured dynamic. The way Anujpama hid what CA confided/Maaya's advances from each other. Heck, if we go back to the very outset, spicebox even hid the details of the affair till Rakhi revealed it 😆

B. Certainly, not from dence academy earnings. In one of the episodes, Doshu had taunted winter that he barely earns anything from it. Crinjal is working under Rakhi who probably monitors the financial scene and as far as her business is concerned, won't allow her to make unnecessary expenses for Tamashahs from it. Anupama is a well-liked person because of her sincere goodness, unshakeable courage, and unselfish character. The harmony she fought so hard to preserve, however, is in danger because of a deadly sequence of events that is just around the corner.
