TIL that love has a ranking system:

Choti is a kid - Love at level 1

Choti is a foster kid - Increase of love to level 2

Choti is an adopted kid - Increase of love to level 3

Anupamaa doesn't follow it either.

Baa is abusive MIL - Love at 'Maa toh Maa hoti hai' level.

Baa is abusive ex MIL - Love at 'Maa toh Maa hoti hai' level.

Baa cursed Anupamaa more than once - Love at 'Maa toh Maa hoti hai' level.

Is there any rule that only if a person is legally or biologically related, we should grieve for them? We grieve if something happens to our friends or even to people whom we have met once... Why can't Anuj grieve for a girl he fostered for adoption? Wether he can or cannot get the kid back legally is a different story altogether but why can't he grieve for a child who was in his house for 4 months... A child to whom he was genuinely attached to and with whom he spent a lot of time... Why can't he miss her?

Precap made me so happy! It's high time. Anuj can see her true colors and his reaction makes total sense. For a change he's having an outburst at a function but this time it's like sau sonar ki ek lohar ki.

Look what happened to this guy in just 1 year, the flashbacks of the previous holi should've pointed out to Anu where she went wrong. Don't even get me started about the fake concern she was showing for CA even in her imagination. Why doesn't she accept that she doesn't love CA like she does her 3 kids? No one would find that strange or judge her, but this pretense and hypocrisy is unacceptable.

PS I laughed at the way they used Baapuji's dialogues to justify why frequent festivals are good for people. LOL, as though they are responding to our comments.

Anupama jab Shah House mei thi, she never had the power to make decisions...which was of course sad! Now that she has gotten the right, she is misusing it, which is pathetic! Kaun apne pati ko room mei aise bandh karta hai convince karne ke liye? And why didn't she reveal the truth behind CA's decision to leave with Maaya! And her behaviour with a depressed Anuj was beyond pathetic!! Bas pallu mei baandh ke nachaana hai Anuj ko!

And Anuj, is he so weak, Patni ko saamne se hata kar darwaza kholne ki taakat bhi nahi thi kya usme?

Anuj should have just said :

Jabse tumse shaadi ki hai tabse har time sirf tumhari ye roni shakal hi dekhi hai. Baat baat pe tum aansoo bahane lagti ho. Kahin bhi dance karne lagti ho. Maine to kabhi tumhe judge nahi kiya.

Meri beti door ho gayi. Mai Zara sa ro liya , udaas hua to tumne mujhe pagal bol diya. 🤨

For once, Anupamaa can put her foot down for Anuj. If she doesn't feel like celebrating a festival, Shahs + D&D won't die. They can understand her pain for once and celebrate without Anupamaa or not celebrate at all. So much for the boundaries Anupamaa apparently drew.
